1/16/20: TIC TACTICS – FOR OUR EYES ONLY

When I prognosticate, I sometimes forget that I also fit into the equation and when what I speak of affects me directly, I start to get a cold chill and then a sense of dread creeps in. You then say to yourself that you hope to be able to run or get out of harm’s way fast enough to survive and be well.
I want to tell you that as I write this, I am beginning to feel a little scared. I want to admit it to you because if you are also scared you are not alone. There is strength in numbers and if we all admit that we are a little scared then maybe we all can come up with a solution to take away our fear. There is something more frightening than any monster I have talked about and any ghost I have felt stroking the back of my neck.
The paranormal has taken a backseat lately to what I call, para-political and pathocratic actions that have been taken by our government.
The agenda is clear – the distraction process is in full swing.
The question is, a distraction from what?
I hate being in a position to speculate but you can’t help but wonder what is happening to the planet and why the scientists and authorities become lazy and attribute all of it to Climate Change.
While the climate is a pop culture concern, there is more to this story than a mere plea for socialist programs to assuage a climate catastrophe.
There has never been a time in modern human history when our planet has been changing as rapidly as it is changing right now.
The sun is behaving very strangely, freakishly cold weather is breaking out all over the world, ocean temperatures continue to rise, volcanoes all over the globe are shooting ash miles into the air, Australia is experiencing the worst wildfires that they have ever seen, and as we reported last night it appears that scientists have succeeded in their weather control experiment where they have created thunderstorms out of Pyrocumulonimbus clouds.
Intense thunderstorms have brought hail and strong rains to some regions of Australia, where bushfires have been burning at an unprecedented scale. Farmers and firefighters alike celebrated the rain, which has helped disperse smoke in Melbourne and could dampen bushfires.
Scientists are now saying that the lightning is a double-edged sword as some strikes may cause other fires, however, this is an exceptionally potent and cold storm.
Meanwhile, as we reported a few days ago the north magnetic pole has been moving at a pace that is deeply alarming scientists it will soon wind up at the prime meridian which is at 0 degrees longitude.
While our guest Nick Hinton speculated that the world could have ended in 2012 because of an unstable God Particle, there are many things at the moment which indicate that something seems to be happening in space.
It was reported yesterday that a Russian spy satellite unexpectedly exploded back in December.
In December of 2013, Russia launched three military communications satellites and a fourth, initially unannounced, payload, later acknowledged with the cover name Kosmos-2491. It appeared to end its mission in 2014. However, at about 1321 UTC on Dec 23, 2019, the satellite made an orbit change and 10 debris objects have now been cataloged.
The sudden appearance of debris suggests the spacecraft broke apart in orbit.
The incident could have been a calculated move or the result of a random collision with space debris.
It is a mystery as to why the satellite was destroyed. Many scientists have said that it could have had a collision with other debris in space and others are not so sure, some have even have speculated that the satellite was a weapon and that someone or something destroyed it.
There are so many strange things happening right now and most people are being distracted by political agendas and the impeachment hearings.
Those in the know are getting a little paranoid— it has gotten to the point where nobody can deny that really weird things are happening. Could it be possible that all of this bizarre activity is leading up to some sort of a crescendo?
Various state legislatures have been having secret meetings with the Department of Homeland Security about undisclosed security issues. Kansas Legislators were put on National Guard busses and briefed on an undisclosed topic.
It was also Nebraska Legislature did the same thing, but they just tried to keep it quiet.
Other state legislatures have been briefed by the Department of Homeland Security regarding the continuity of government in case of an attack from an enemy both domestic and foreign – this includes the possibility of a cyber-attack or an EMP strike.
However, what if all of the activities that are happening in the world are an indicator of something unknown that may create a need for states to prepare to implement regional cooperation for the continuity of government.
A Continuity of Operations Plan (or Continuity of Government Plan) has been a part of U.S. government operations since President Dwight D. Eisenhower provided various measures designed to ensure that the government of the United States would be able to continue operating after a nuclear war.
Continuity of government plans are not limited to the federal government. The majority of states have constitutional provisions that provide for the succession of government in the event of an attack of any kind or a huge catastrophe where many casualties and destruction of property are involved.
With everyone is in denial about the “end of the world” or no “apocalypse,” you have to wonder if perhaps something of some astonishing or deadly nature is going to happen soon.
To be clear, something that will alter or end the way we are living now. Something that dare I say, will be biblical in scope – something that would appear to be supernatural or preternatural.
You have to be careful when speculating about such things because you don’t want to be considered a nut or an extremist but we live in extreme times and so it would be natural to speculate about extreme events that would warrant a need for local governments to restore order in the event of something that would disrupt the federal government from operating.
Doomsday events are considered events of core intelligence and are upheld with the utmost security.
We have reached the point of dealing with subjects of core intelligence. Core secrets so vital to national security and yet so secret that even the President is unaware of what they might be. This knowledge is on a need to know basis. Any core secret or core intelligence operation is vital to national security and eventually involves the declaring of martial law and preparations for mass evacuation and or mass casualties.
Any act of God, a manmade disaster, nuclear threat or mass mega-death catastrophe can transform the nation’s political, economic, and social institutions.
Core intelligence simply put is a doomsday scenario action where government officials still go through the motions of government but they also have to decide What would it mean to preserve America? Is America its president, is it three branches of government, is the Constitution worth saving or reconstituting?
What totems should we hang on to in the aftermath of a doomsday attack? How should we deal with our enemies? What if the enemies are unknown, which by the way, core intelligence operations also include a scenario dealing with an invasion from aliens?
Before you laugh at the possibility of an alien invasion, consider that for nearly 50 years, the inner workings of the nation’s continuity-of-government protocols were some of the government’s best-kept secrets. Even colleagues in the same office didn’t know the scope of the plans.
Of course, Eisenhower created the continuity plans for the event of nuclear annihilation but it was Ronald Reagan that included threats from outer space as a core intelligence talking point.
Reagan was a firm believer in aliens and the possibility that governments would have to unite and fight against the alien menace, that our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world.
His concerns echoed the ones of Harry Truman and John Kennedy as both had to deal with public hysteria about saucers. In fact, the topic was so ubiquitous that Kennedy wanted to do a joint space project to discover the truth about the extraterrestrial threat.
We have always referred to Reagan’s speeches because they were so blatant. They have been always dismissed as ramblings from an old man, however, at the time they were made, there were many people who took them seriously enough to comment.
One of those important people who commented was Mikhail Gorbachev.
“Gorbachev himself confirmed the alien conversation in Geneva during an important speech on February 17, 1987, in the Grand Kremlin Palace in Moscow, to the Central Committee of the USSR’s Communist Party.”
Gorbachev stated “At our meeting in Geneva, the U.S. President said that if the earth faced an invasion by extraterrestrials, the United States and the Soviet Union would join forces to repel such an invasion. I shall not dispute the hypothesis, though I think it’s early yet to worry about such an intrusion.”
It is interesting to point out that Gorbachev never spoke of how weird the conversation was, he only commented that it may be too early to talk about such an event as an alien invasion. Did this indicate that perhaps there is a date when it would be more appropriate to discuss these things?
Numerous “conspiracy theorists,” most notably, former Naval Officer named William Cooper, who wrote the famed underground book called “Behold a Pale Horse” speculated that Reagan’s speech was an expositional public “debriefing” to nudge the public towards wrapping their minds around the idea that a world government is a necessary response to an alien invasion scenario.
However, it has always been the norm to suggest that aliens would invade much like what was spoken of in H.G. Wells’ War of the Worlds. However, we have not really explored the possibility that if the aliens ever arrived here, they could very well wind up here as refugees rather than saviors or even hostile controllers.
It is the controlling nature of extraterrestrial intelligence that has intelligence officials worried. While the military won’t come right out and admit it – core intelligence concludes that aliens are here to disarm our warships and our nuclear weapons. They are preparing for invasion or as the military puts it, “incursion.”
The Pentagon is again commenting about the encounter that the Navy had with Tic Tac UFOs in 2004. While the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program concluded, the UFO’s existed – they stopped short of concluding that they were piloted by extraterrestrial intelligence.
After many Navy personnel came forward to confirm the UFO sightings, the Pentagon was inundated with UFO inquiries. The Navy reported that the $22 million dollar program had nothing to do with UFOs and that their focus was on secret weapons that may be employed by hostile governments.
Just a few days ago it was reported that a researcher named Christian Lambright was seeking more information on the incident, in response to a Freedom of Information Act request the Navy said it had “discovered certain briefing slides that are classified TOP SECRET.

A review of these materials indicates that are currently and appropriately marked and classified TOP SECRET under Executive Order 13526, and the Original Classification Authority has determined that the release of these materials would cause exceptionally grave damage to the National Security of the United States.”
The Navy then reported that there are clearer videos of the Tic Tac UFOs but they will not release them to the public, again citing that it would do grave damage to national intelligence and it’s operators.
Popular Mechanics reported in November that several original witnesses of the Nimitz incident allegedly saw a longer higher resolution video of the UFO encounter. Gary Voorhis, a Petty Officer who served on the Princeton, a ship in Nimitz fleet, appeared on Ground Zero twice and reported that he “definitely saw a video that was roughly 8 to 10 minutes long and a lot more clear.”
Others, such as Commander David Fravor, have stated that longer videos of the incident probably do not exist.
There are others that have concluded that the videos are a matter of core intelligence.
Because of the constant pressure posed by the people willing to know the truth of what’s really happening on this planet, the Department of the Defense and the CIA had no choice other than declassify decades of thorough investigations of unidentified flying objects.
The CIA, the FBI, the Navy, military officials, retired astronauts, ex-personnel of area 51, plus many other governments from Brazil, France Russia and recently China, all of these admitting in part or in full that we will soon be made aware of the presence of extraterrestrials.
Although this data has been known for quite some time by those actively investigating the UFO phenomenon, there are others who are just waking up to this reality and who deserve to know the truth.
Many U.S. Government officials have been briefed on the matter and intelligence operators have not really informed President Trump about the possibility that core intelligence protocols will have to be employed if the aliens ever decided to invade and push us into ensuring the continuity of government plan.
There would also have to be a determination as to the purpose of what the aliens want from us.
The military or appointed specialists would have to be called in to determine whether or not the arrival of the beings can be considered beneficial, neutral or harmful. We cannot determine how long this process would take.
Beneficial criteria range from the mere detection of extraterrestrial intelligence (ETI), for example through the interception of alien broadcasts, to contact with cooperative organisms that help us advance our knowledge and solve global problems such as hunger, poverty, and disease.
This is what most people hope for from the aliens; however, reality may prove differently, if the aliens arrived by accident or because of crippled technology or perhaps because of illness.
It is also important to realize that an alien landing could be less rewarding and leave much of human society feeling indifferent towards alien life. The extraterrestrials may be too different from us to communicate with usefully. This would mean that there would have to be linguists hired to hear patterns in their speech. That is if their speech has a recognizable meter and annunciation. We may find ourselves in a place where we are unable to find a pattern to squawks, grunts, and groans.
However, with time we would have specialists that could communicate using computers that analyze these patterns, something that could take years.
Science would have to cease their regular experiments and focus their attention on these beings to determine basic anatomy, how to treat their illnesses and whether or not the beings have an extraterrestrial virus that could kill humans.
Imagine wanting to help the aliens only to find out that their very existence here caused harm to humanity, even if by accident. In especially unfortunate incidents, humanity could be wiped out. This would mean that science would have to act fast in trying to determine if their presence is a threat to mankind’s health and well-being.
There is also the distinct possibility that extra-terrestrials may be prone to destroy other life as they multiply on the planet, just as humans have pushed species to extinction on Earth. In the most extreme scenario, aliens might choose to destroy humanity to protect their own way of life.
After all the idea of survival of the fittest comes into play and civilizations have been known throughout history to attempt genocide or face devastating wars to protect their culture and way of life.
It is also a grim reality that the resources of the planet cannot support the rapid growth of the population, and an alien civilization and even human civilizations can and will be cast off from the world due to overcrowding, pollution, and perhaps human and alien conflicts.
This is why an alien arrival would be considered a core intelligence – a probable doomsday event.
Stop and really contemplate the arrival of aliens, seriously think about what that means to mankind. Now put all of the anthropomorphic ideas of aliens out of your head and try to picture them as you would most of the prominent species of this planet. Picture them as mollusks or cephalopods. Picture them with exoskeletons. You would react the same way you do if you see a spider or for some a snake.
There would be no spiritual enlightenment to be had when the extra-terrestrial guest of honor looks like something that could be served with a wine and butter sauce or fried with a very large and effective bug zapper.
How would this reflect on them and what would they do if they were aware of how we see them as advanced beings in the universe when in reality they merely were passing through and somehow crashed?
Aliens can assume for whatever purpose a place of trust or even a place of hostility. Mankind, however, has shown that it is incapable of being peaceful with its own kind. Given the overall penchant for genocide and war for over 4,000 years, I would not hesitate to assume that any alien with advanced knowledge of our behavior would not come to this planet ready for war and eventual containment of humankind,
I know that this type of speculation is strange and unsettling and, for most, improbable.
However, it is not out of the question.
