1/22/20: MY DRONE SLEEPS ALONE W/ ANDREW

Clyde Lewis | January 22, 2020

MONOLOGUE WRITTEN BY CLYDE LEWIS

New decades afford us a chance to take a good, hard look at what transpired in the years past.  All this month I have been going over some of my old material to put into my aftermath.media  library.

The reason is simple – I have been producing my show Ground Zero for 25 years. It has been around in many forms from local radio, to a subscription service online, to a news program, a presentation at libraries bars and even Masonic lodges.

Yes, I even was invited by the Masons to do lectures and presentations for the public.

I have been syndicated nationally once before I was syndicated by Premiere Radio Networks and now the Sun Broadcasting Group.  According to a recent polling by Radio Online and Talk Stream Live, we are one of the top 5 most listened to shows on the internet, one of the top 50 shows listened to on the radio and the number 1 paranormal and parapolitical show in the country.

It took a while to get here and now with 300 affiliates and growing we are grateful for the support we have been given by the listeners and others who invite me and my crew to conventions to speak and to conduct panel discussions on these topics.

We are now halfway through the first month of the decade and it looks as if 2020 is going to be a bigger cluster foxtrot than last year.

One of the first shows I produced this month was about how the Chinese New Year which is happening in three days – it is the year of the Metal Rat.  I used the Metal Rat as a metaphor for advanced killing machines that would be used in a new battle scenario.

While I gave many examples of these autonomous killing machines President Trump had demonstrated the use of drone strikes in taking out a notorious terrorist,  Major General Qassem Suleimani, the leader of Iran’s elite Quds Force and the mastermind of its military operations across the Middle East.

It was a drone strike that turned out to be one of the most well-executed decapitation exercises in history.

However, detractors of the President used it as an example of how Trump is trigger happy and a murderer not acknowledging that the administration before conducted drone strikes killing an American man and his son.

The Democratic presidential candidates made statements condemning the strike against Suleimani; thousands of protestors around the world take to the streets, and both chambers of Congress introduced resolutions aimed at curbing the president’s expanding war powers.

Not once did the mainstream media talk about how Barack Obama had authorized more drone strikes than his predecessor, George W. Bush, approved during his entire presidency. Nor did they mention that those strikes had already killed dozens, if not hundreds, of civilians in countries ranging from Pakistan and Afghanistan to Yemen and Somalia.

Throughout Obama’s presidency, deadly drone strikes occurred with alarming frequency.

Obama saw to it that there would be a lack of information behind how many drone strokes occurred and whether or not they were being used all the time as the war was escalating.

After a lot of trial and error it was apparent that the CIA had a role in the drone program, how its “targets” were tracked, and that much if not all of the information about drone strikes came from leaked information and independent reporting. On rare occasions when the drone program was officially acknowledged, statements made about it usually turned out to be lies.

Even though there is still so much we don’t know, one thing is for sure. Everything we thought we knew about drone warfare and the use of drones, in general, are becoming a mystery. The use of drones on American citizens for surveillance and even for execution is a terrifying idea and is certainly a new and important issue to discuss in this new decade.

Especially now as rural America has a drone problem – a problem that has been plaguing them since last month

These mysterious drones have been inside and outside of the news since just before Christmas.

However, just before the calendar switched to the year 2020–residents of Northeastern Colorado reported drones flying over their counties at night. They were reported to be flying in swarms and looked like small planes with a fixed bat-like looking wing.

They have a wingspan of approximately 6 feet with strobing white blue and green lights on the wings.

Those who see them say they appear in the night sky, often several at a time, their locations marked by the light they emit. Audibly buzzing, they hover and maneuver in precise formations.

The behavior and characteristics of the drones suggest someone is conducting a very detailed mapping of these Mid-Western and Western territories.

The question is why?

They are seen from 7 to 10 pm, flying above 400 feet in formations of 17-19 objects, performing a sort of ‘grid-like’ pattern of drawing a square over a particular area and then continuing to a nearby location. The puzzlement of the local authorities only intensified once the drones crossed the state border, and were also reported over the western counties of Nebraska.

The mystery of their origin has gripped Colorado, where news of a sighting makes near-daily headlines and no one has yet copped to operating the aircraft. The state’s governor, Jared Polis, deployed the state plane to hunt them down after a pilot believed one of the objects came too close to a Life Flight helicopter. And a collective of government agencies has formed a task force to get to the bottom of the mystery.

Representatives from some 77 agencies, including the military and the FBI, met for a closed-door briefing in the small town of Brush on Jan. 6.

The FAA reached out to UAS test sites, drone companies, and companies that have the authorization to operate drones in the area, and have not been able to determine that any of these operators were the source of the reported drone flights.

Since the mystery has baffled people for an absurd amount of time, many theories have now been passed around the internet.

We are also hearing about UFOs that have been seen along with the drones which have added a more cosmic bent to all of the hysteria about these drones.

I knew that given enough time the strange drones that have been seen over rural Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska would wind up becoming akin to the black helicopters and UFOs that were seen flying over the United States in the 1980s.

Stories of black helicopters first appeared in the 1970s and were linked to reports of cattle mutilation and UFO sightings.

I remember that when I was younger it was the late Jim Keith that spoke of these black helicopters and how they would buzz farms and terrify rural communities. Some would fly lower than 500 feet over these areas and reports of armed men in black paramilitary Uniforms with no insignia were allegedly in these choppers and there was speculation that they were training in the area to confront people and disarm them in an unconstitutional project like Operation Clean Sweep.

Hal Lindsey theorized in his book The Late Great Planet Earth theorized that the locust-like creatures referenced in the Book of Revelation in the New Testament were actually black helicopters, which John had never seen and thus did not know how to describe.

Back in the 1980s conspiracy theorists like Jim Keith believed that the Black Helicopters had many uses.  First, they were used for surveillance, and then they were employed for the use in case of a major event nuclear or otherwise where military personnel would be deployed in a major city to ensure the continuity of government

Black helicopters, on the simplest level, are helicopters intentionally painted black, with sound-suppression and low radar signature—the kind of helicopter intended to conduct operations like Garden Plot and REX-84.

Operation Garden Plot was a general U.S. Army and National Guard plan to respond to major domestic civil disturbances within the United States. The plan was developed in response to the civil disorders of the 1960s and is now under the control of the U.S. Northern Command (NORTHCOM). It provides Federal military and law enforcement assistance to local governments during times of major civil disturbances.

Garden Plot was last activated as operation Noble Eagle to provide military assistance to civil authorities following the September 11, 2001 attacks on the United States. The Pentagon also activated it to restore order during the 1992 Los Angeles Riots.

Rex 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984, is a plan by the United States federal government to test their ability to detain large numbers of American citizens in case of civil unrest or national emergency.

There was also the theory that the helicopters were also being used in psychological operations as well.

Some observers of the mystery drones believe that there is more to the story – aliens, a psychological operation and another theory that whatever these UFOs are they certainly have an interest in our Nuclear facilities.

Some of the counties where drones have been spotted do butt up against F.E. Warren Air Force Base in neighboring Wyoming. There, airmen at the base man and protect around 200 underground silos housing Minuteman nuclear intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs), each packing enough firepower to wipe out several cities.

It’s chilling enough to see formations of glowing drones maneuvering in a grid pattern over sparsely populated expanses of land. It’s more disturbing still to see them lingering near nuclear-missile silos.

UFOs have always been the subject of national security because there have been many instances where these unknowns have been seen over nuclear facilities where they have actually taken our missile systems offline.

There was the Air Defense command’s report on the Malmstrom  Air Force Base incident where a UFO shut down our missile defense systems, the Rendelsham incident where military personnel came in contact with a triangular craft, and the Nimitz incident in 2004, where fighter pilots of the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group reported seeing a fleet of unidentified aerial phenomena.

Former Air Force Capt. Robert Salas, was at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana in 1967 when 10 ICMs suddenly became inoperative – at the same time base security informed him of a mysterious red glowing object in the sky.

Robert Jamison, a retired USAF nuclear missile targeting officer, told of several occasions having to go out and “re-start” missiles that had been deactivated after UFOs were sighted nearby.

These same incidents happened in the Soviet Union as well.

In Colorado, it has been reported that an abnormal red light will appear on the horizon, and soon a drone, or whatever it is, will buzz by overhead.  While the red light could be a flare some witnesses say that it looks like a plasma ball – or a UFO.

There has also been a report of a UFO that is square in shape with red lights on the corners and a white light in the middle.

The drones move around it at a consistent speed of about 45 miles per hour at a few hundred feet in the air regardless of the wind, emitting a low hum and high-pitched whine.

Witnesses say that the square object sounds nothing like a drone – but a jet aircraft when you are standing next to an airport.

The Air Force and the other military branches operate thousands of unmanned aerial vehicles ranging from airliner-size Global Hawk spy drones to Reaper hunter-killers the size of Cessnas. The military equips many of its ground units and ships with hand-launched drones including quadcopter-style models. The small, radio-controlled UAVs help scout ahead of ships and ground troops and patrol sensitive sites such as air bases and potentially missile fields.

On Jan. 13, 2020, the Colorado Department of Public Safety announced it was scaling back its investigations into the drone sightings, saying that no crimes are being committed and that it appears that they are posing no danger to the community.

The involvement of the Colorado and Nebraska sheriff departments seemed more like an entertaining attempt to maintain the peace in their communities rather than an actual crime investigation, Federal laws are another matter, though, since the size and purported weight of the drones would force the ones controlling them to be licensed pilots, and commercial UAVs are restricted from flying at night and away from the controller’s visual range.

The fact that every single branch of the United States government denies having any knowledge about the purpose of these drone flights, and the identity of their owners, is perhaps the most confounding element in this story—which makes the UFO reports all that more compelling.

The Gatwick incident in the U.K. seems to be very much like the incidents we are hearing about in rural America.

Last year there was a report that Gatwick, London’s second airport, was forced to close for 36 hours, stretching over three days because of strange objects reported to be drones were buzzing the area.

The first reports were all about UFOs that buzzed over the area and in order to silence hysteria, the media and the airport issues a statement clearing up the notion that anything alien was involved with the sightings.

At Gatwick on December 19, 2018, over 60 people claimed to have spotted a UFO over the airport.

It was a square platform with lights on each corner and bright light in the middle.

Drones were then reported to be in the area which forced a shutdown of the airport; stranger still, no drone or UFO was ever caught on camera, although police insist they were indeed present.

Now, in comparison to what is happening in Nebraska where witnesses there have said that the drones are capable of sensing when someone is about to take a picture of them… and they turn off their lights.

So are we to believe that the UAVs are equipped with sensors capable of detecting the EM fields generated by cell phones?

This is a bizarre notion but not at all unique as Greg Valdez’s investigation of cattle mutilations in New Mexico during the mid-1970s; which forced him to become UFO hunter in the process.

Mysterious lights were sometimes reported by ranchers in connection to the deaths of their cows.  Some of the aircraft would fly with bright lights only to blink out in order to go undetected.

In a bizarre account, strange craft that sounded like lawnmowers were buzzing the area near Dulce – a base that was reported to be an alien containment facility.

These accounts can be found in the book Project Beta by Greg Bishop.

This again brings us back full circle to the Black Helicopter reports of the 1970s and 1980s—the symbol of a dark apocalyptic incursion that had rural America in a grip of hysteria.

The only problem in discussing this subject is that there really have been and doubtless still are conspiracies and cover-ups. Groups of individuals, organizations, corporations, and governments have gotten together and tried to do things, usually shameful or unlawful, in secret.

Stories have been suppressed, and information burned, shredded, and buried.

If you dig into practically any conspiracy theory, even the most skeptical person may find him or herself seriously wondering if there isn’t “something to it” after all. Could all the apparent connections just be a series of coincidences? Could so much of the information simply be false?

The answer to both questions is yes, but that can be a hard answer to accept. A good conspiracy theory sounds reasonable. It appears to answer a lot of unanswered questions. It can also be exciting, far more interesting than mundane reality. For many, the conspiracy theory merely confirms what they already suspect or believe. And, of course, there is the fact that there have been conspiracies and cover-ups throughout history

Whereas the apparent ubiquitousness of such a massive cover-up does bring into question its credence in the present day— are we to believe that the government has been this efficient in silencing those who wish to uncover the mystery of these drones and the UFOs that may be associated with them?

Nobody including local authorities, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense, or the Air Force said they knew what was going on.

Taken at face value, this sounds like a peculiar installment in the annals of conspiracy theory.

And believe it or not, there are some people that believe that it is all mass hysteria and that the drones and the UFOs do not exist at all.
