THE PRECOG POLICE STATE

MONOLOGUE WRITTEN BY CLYDE LEWIS

In what we call our perceived reality crime is regarded principally as harm or wrong that is committed against a citizen. Investigations of criminal activity are usually investigated after the fact or post hoc. That is all academic of course and most Americans get their educations about crime investigations from television shows like CSI.

However, soon a new television series called APB will be seen by the American people and while the series is getting rave reviews, the show is ideologically dangerous.

The synopsis issued by FOX TV says that APB is about a tech billionaire that purchases a troubled police precinct in the wake of a loved one’s murder. He sets out to change the police force by introducing them to the latest in high-tech crime fighting.

The show unwittingly exposes the fact that law enforcement as we know it is outdated and that it needs a technical upgrade. It also suggests that privatizing the police or federalizing it would effectively curb criminal activity and that high tech can be used in order to aid in what is called, predictive policing.

In the emerging pre-crime society, crime is conceived essentially as risk or potential loss, ordering practices are pre-emptive and security is a commodity sold for profit.

For years we have lived in a post-crime society and as we venture into 2017, it will become evident that the post-crime society will still exist, however, it will be the pre-crime society that is ideologically terrifying and very real.

In a post-crime society there are crimes, offenders and victims, crime control, policing, investigation, trial and punishment, all of which are staples of present criminological enquiry. Pre-crime, by contrast, shifts the time line to anticipate and forestall that which has not yet occurred and may never do so.

In 2017, security will become less about reacting to, controlling or prosecuting crime than addressing the conditions that precede it. The logic of security dictates earlier and earlier interventions to reduce opportunity — we have heard that this is why we need and are implementing a more advanced surveillance apparatus.

Pre-crime in the purest sense is simple speculation about risk of criminal activity, uncertainty, precaution and he security needed to prevent criminal activity or terrorist activity. Pre-crime in the past was just another word for preventive security measures.

Today, I would say that this definition is an oversimplification of a more complex set of changes, that will create an important temporal shift in how pre-cog crime affects policy and how it will be a controversial tool in the technocratic police state.

Predictive policing or precognitive policing is an umbrella term to describe law enforcement’s use of new big data and machine learning tools. There are two types of tools: person-based and location-based systems. Person-based systems like Chicago’s Strategic Subject List use a variety of risk factors, including social media analysis, to identify likely offenders. A 2015 report stated the Chicago Police Department had assembled a list of “roughly 400 individuals identified by certain factors as likely to be involved in violent crime.” This raises a host of civil liberties questions about what degree of latitude police should be granted to perform risk analysis on people with no criminal records.

The technocracy and deep state actors seem to have an over-arching obsession with data collection. There have been in the past, revelations from multiple government whistle-blowers about data collecting and Meta data mining.

The establishment’s network spends most of its time, energy and manpower collecting information not just on known threats to their supremacy, but information on everyone through FISA-based surveillance protocols. This is because the establishment sees you and everyone else as a potential threat.

The system is developed in order to collate data from everywhere. Now, we know that this data is not analyzed on the spot, but it is later analyzed in the event that a specific person of interest is flagged for being legitimately harmful to the elite’s power structure.

In the past, all this would be called conspiracy theory and in some cases the mainstream narrative will still frame it that way. This is why subjects such as unwarranted surveillance, electronic harassment, gang stalking and the recent claims by Fort Lauderdale airport shooter, Esteban Santiago, generate critical and even skeptical dialogue by those who are unaware of the sophisticated systems in place and that are in use.

However, you do not have to work too hard to find documentation to prove that the government and the globalists spy on us, and harass hundreds of thousands of people en masse.

It is imperative to report that in 2017, the police surveillance apparatus will be more pervasive. The reason this is so is because there is still inner turmoil between hyper-partisan entities and with the threats of resistance, domestic terrorism is going to be far more of a threat than terror committed by foreign or external actors.

It is important to point out that in 2017 surveillance will not be carried out for the sake of surveillance alone and it is certainly not going to be undertaken for the sake of public safety. It will be used for the actions of full spectrum dominance and total predictive information awareness.

The establishment is not just hoping to observe our present behavior in detail. No, they hope to use today’s data to predict our behavior tomorrow, and in 2017, they are extremely close to achieving their goal.

Mass surveillance potential by the establishment is not just a threat to people who might be “up to no good”; it is a threat to everyone. For the ability to predict a population’s behavior makes that population highly controllable.

It also promotes self censorship – and self policing as big brother monitors your data and can detect a possible threat namely a “thought crime”—which would generate a threat assessment on your behalf.

If the American people are too afraid to speak their minds, and express what their gut instinct is telling them is right, how can the liberties that the Bill of Rights and Constitution seek to protect exist within society?

Many people do not understand the greater implications or uses for full spectrum surveillance in predictive policing and precognitive crime. This is why you sometimes hear the argument that “if you aren’t doing anything wrong, then you have nothing to hide.”

However, the advancements and upgrades in technology present the problem of big brother’s ability to have artificial clairvoyance and even create artificial telepathy.

The fact that the ‘nothing to hide’ individuals can now experience a significant chilling effect speaks to how online privacy is much bigger than the mere lawfulness of one’s actions. It’s about a fundamental human right to have control over one’s self-presentation and image, in private, and now, in search histories and metadata.

In our world today, it seems as we move closer to a tyrannical globalist empire no matter who is at the helm of our fraudulent government, few can gain redress for injustices inflicted upon them.

Government intrusion is becoming the most common injustice forced upon the American citizen. The enforcement of this intrusion is carried out by police forces and soon by United Nation’s troops as many cities across the country are being coerced or blindly accepting what is being called, “The Strong Cities Network.” Many local governments believe it is for the “greater good” because of the threats of civil insurrection and possible terrorist events.

Predictive policing is another tool to keep you in line.

The use of predictive policing is likely now in force in a city near you. Memphis was an early adopter. Cities from Minneapolis to Miami have embraced predictive policing.

The term “predictive policing” suggests that the police can anticipate a crime and be there to stop it before it happens and/or apprehend suspects right away. It is allegedly according to authorities, data that provides perfect, error-free input and unbiased processing.

The truth is that it is simply spitting out approximations, potential and correlations. It is just a little guessing game where once again the terrorists win, and where everyone is a suspect.

So what kind of data will they analyze?

How about your troubled childhood, any mental illnesses or therapy visits, any associations with gangs, or even Facebook friends from countries known for terrorism?

How about any Tweets or social media posts critical of the government, the military or law enforcement? Other data analyzed will include what movies you rent, what books you buy or check out of the library and any new gun purchases.

All this data will produce an algorithm that will indicate it is likely, but not certain; you will commit a violent crime.

Chicago authorities have a similar program that is called the “Heat List” which is an index of the roughly 400 people in the city of Chicago, supposedly most likely to be involved in violent crime.

Now remember – likely is not definitely.

Chicago Police have been known for its brutal enforcement and its civil rights abuses.

With all the hysterics about “Russian interference,” in our election for which there is not one lick of hard evidence, and with the exposure of the fake story generated on 4 chan about the so called “golden shower’ gate and the allegations that Trump is or was groomed to be a CIA asset – the so-called resistance that has vowed to create a political crisis is forgetting that whatever they plan to do, has already been foreseen by law enforcement and the Department of Homeland Security.

If any disruptions take place at the inauguration, there will be a contingency plan already in place because technology used by law enforcement has already played out these scenarios and plans and have also run hypothetical scenarios that police have analyzed in order to approximate the moves of would-be terrorists or wannabe rebels.

So if anything goes wrong at the inauguration, if any danger or riot breaks out, then it will be evident that a criminal element in the “intelligence operations” of this country are out to destroy the President-elect.

We know that President Barack Obama is stuck between false flag operations and a political circus and appears to not be going quietly into the night. It can be said that many of the false flag operations happen because criminal elements within intelligence circles have declared war on other factions within the surveillance and intelligence state.

There appears to be more at stake than we can even possibly fathom.

The surveillance state is not the default setting of digital technology. The surveillance state is a failure and suppressor of democracy.

NSA surveillance proliferates in a context that goes well beyond spying.

The same mentality that claims the right to cross all borders for surveillance, using the latest technologies to snoop on the most intimate communications and private actions of people across the globe, is also insisting on the prerogative to cross borders with the latest technologies to kill.

We take for granted that the targets will be Muslim extremists, but even now we know this rarely happens and it is rarely fool proof.

When a drone or cruise missile implements an assumed right to take out a life, without a semblance of due process, Big Brother becomes god – and divine intervention at the hands of some privatized security apparatus is implicit.

Tens of billions of taxpayer dollars in annual revenues go to corporate contractors servicing the NSA, CIA and other agencies of the military-industrial-surveillance complex.

You can also understand that the alphabet agencies can fake intelligence, lie to government leaders and conduct false flag operations and use falsified data to frame you for a crime you didn’t commit.

Malicious actors can easily position themselves as heroes by using any data they have against you or your family.

They are bold enough to do it to the President-elect, which is similar to biting the bosses hand before he is appointed.

No one is above suspicion in the precog police state.
