So tomorrow is the big event – the Virgo convergence, September 23rd. It is the event that we are told happens once every 7000 years. I have called it the Virgo convergence and there have been some that have turned it into their ministry. They have turned it into their crusade. It has been so explosive that I have been getting e-mails and phone calls telling me that I will be going to hell if I don’t repent of my agnostic ways.

I also have others who are trolling me saying, that I have jumped the shark and that when the world doesn’t end tomorrow that I will lose all credibility.

Well, again I always have to say that when somebody sets a date for the end of the world, it will always guarantee that the world won’t end on that date. I said this as far back as 2012 when people were telling me that world was going to end then.

However this time, the frenzy and the emotion about the convergence of stars, and their meaning to the apocalypse have become to an extent, unbearable. That doesn’t mean I won’t address the peculiarities and timing of the whole affair, because that is what I do and I won’t deny that if these catastrophic events are not indicating the end is near, it sure feels like a dress rehearsal.

As I indicated last night before I said good night, if the world doesn’t end tomorrow when the stars are supposed to fulfill the prophecy found in the 12th chapter of the Book of Revelation, then all is forgiven.

Well it should be forgiven, because quite frankly with the hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, tornadoes, and fires happening all at once immediately after the sun has turned to sackcloth and the moon shines brightly read in the apocalyptic smoke, it isn’t too hard to contemplate the second coming is only seconds in the coming.

The crazy idea that the world will end tomorrow should not surprise anyone in of Orange County California. Yesterday during breakfast, people watching their cable TV’s got an emergency broadcast interruption that tells them that even though horrible and vicious things await them, that God is still in control.

When an emergency broadcast tells you the end is coming, it makes you wonder if it was a hacker playing a joke, or if it is some “miracle” to give people a head start to the local fallout shelter.

Yes all is forgiven because we live in some really crazy times right now, and people have every reason to the think that the tribulation has begun, or is about to begin.

Now regardless of faith, psychological makeup, or spiritual self awareness, science thinks that we should all be ashamed of ourselves. As any scientist will tell you, nature does this kind of thing from time to time and in the same breath tells you that it is the product of climate change.

The majority of Americans just follow the technocrats without questioning because they are cajoled into playing along. The same thing happens when a charismatic religious cult of personality comes on the scene. All he has to do is push together a few numbers, declare a few true statements, give it a veneer of half truths and viola, people start acting like lemmings when the right emotional buttons are pushed.

The panic button is extremely effective in bringing the lambs to the slaughter.

However, I can say to you that violent, disruptive, chaotic activity is a constant feature of planet Earth — this is not the end of the world … this is our world.

But the frequency of the violent behavior has increased; the Earth is shaking, the waves are rolling in and people are awaiting their peril, while others are lighting candles and hope the angel of death passes over them in order to snuff out the wicked.

Is it really all about the date? Is it really all about the 7000 year timetable? Is it all because it is a miracle that metaphorically the star alignment fulfills prophecy?

Contrary to what clearly a large contingent of prophecy news watchers and doomsayers are reporting, something being rare does not make it miraculous, divine or prophetically significant. Remember that sometimes rare events are significant. But rare events like the Virgo convergence are not miraculous and even though it is awesome cosmic synchronicity. I wouldn’t go so far as to say that the event is a reason to pester your non-Christian friends to repent or max out your credit cards.

The convergence is what it means to you personally – if you see it as an omen or a fulfillment of prophecy it is best that you use it as a way to grow your faith and not use it as a cudgel to coerce your friends into becoming born again.

Everything can happen quite naturally even as rare as they appear.

Living on planet Earth seems to be fast becoming a white knuckle affair and from day to day there is no guarantee that it will be here when you wake up tomorrow. Your normalcy bias tells you that it will, science tells you that it will, and it very well may be here, but the fact is there is a chance that it won’t.

There is also a chance that the world does note and in a final blow, but little by little it ends for people who are in places where the devastation has laid their homes and lands to waste.

However, as in every extinction story, God finds in his infinite wisdom another part of civilization that is meant to witness the end or in our case now the witnessing of various ends of civilizations and people.

Whatever this future of civilization might be, the echo of its thunder is rumbling into the present, causing us to think that the end times are approaching. To some the trumpets have already been blown and faith in unfounded b-movie heresy is creating prejudice that is misleading and probably even manufactured as a way to create order from the potential chaos that awaits us. We will eventually realize that our faith has been betrayed and the concept of modern apotheosis is and always has been a lie.

The blurring of the events in our reality and the exploitation in both science and religion makes us wonder if we are now in the midst of end time’s reality, or in a sense of hyper-awareness because of how we see our reality through the lens of Hollywood.

Reality in some respects is becoming more terrifying and the fore structuring of apocalyptic events in movies and TV are now appearing to be materializing.

As Shakespeare has said, “the world is a stage” and if we look at it with the final act begging for the curtain call then perhaps the end game includes some sort of Deus ex Machina that we have not planned ion or perhaps it lies in wait for an opportunity to appear.

Take for example the idea that Planet X is about to come close to Earth or in some theories will smash into the earth tomorrow. When people speak of the Nibiru Planet X catastrophe slated for September 23rd, they are speaking of a prophecy concocted by David Meade. David Meade has tied Planet X it to various Biblical prophecies and passages, which he claimed foretold its arrival in 2017. Initially predicting the arrival for October, he later revised it to September 23, citing the solar eclipse of August 21, 2017 as a harbinger. His theories have gone viral. He has also falsely claimed that NASA had confirmed Nibiru’s existence and declared it was “headed straight for Earth.”

Well, I know for a certainty that NASA would never confirm the existence of Nibiru. In fact, when Planet Nine was discovered in 2015 by Cal Tech researchers Konstantin Batygin and Mike Brown, NASA was holding back its cynicism, hoping that nobody would call it Planet X and say that this is proof of a cataclysmic date with destiny.

To add insult to injury, the Pope made some interesting statements that year as well, just prior to the announcement of the discovery.

On November 15, 2015, two days after the jihadist attacks in Paris, Pope Francis preached about the “end times,” encouraging faithful Catholics to be vigilant and ready at any moment to meet God, face-to-face. Of course, it would seem counterproductive for the Pope not to condemn the attacks and give his prayers, but to push the end times talk and the idea of meeting God, face-to-face seems a little maudlin, even by my standards.

Well, undaunted two days later, the Pope said at his scripture reading that Jesus’ preaching about the end of the world contains “apocalyptic elements, like war, famine, and cosmic catastrophes.” “In those days,” Francis repeated, “the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will be falling from the sky, and the powers in the heavens will be shaken.”

Pope Francis, the leader of 1.2 billion Roman Catholics was pushing end times themes in his speeches and scripture reading during his Thanksgiving Day address at St. Peter’s Square. The Christian leader said that the end of the world was inevitable because there was so much sin, adding that questions about the Apocalypse were ancient.

The thought of the world “passing away” had traveled down through ages and though the Church knew no answers to when it shall happen, he confirmed that an end was unavoidable. The Pope also added the Apocalypse will not be the end; it will rather be a “transformation” to a new, more beautiful universe.

The Pope seemed to be saying the 6th seal has opened, at least from what I can understand as the Book of Revelation was required reading in my church.

“And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains.”

Now keep in mind all of this was reported two years ago. It sounds chillingly prophetic – more so that what David Meade has put together using dime store numerology and Planet X realities.

If Planet X is going to collide with us, I think we would know just by looking up.

Looking into the sky or searching the sky at night I can guarantee that Planet X will not be colliding with earth anytime soon. That doesn’t mean that it is not out there somewhere or that as it approaches the earth will come out unscathed.

Quite the contrary – its approach is supposed to trigger all of the catastrophes that we are experiencing now. It wasn’t long after the Pope’s announcement that a video went viral on the internet. Surprisingly it came from the New York Post.

The caption on the video read: “Scientists believe they have discovered a planet, currently unnamed but being referred to as Planet 9. Unfortunately, this might not be great news, since the planet’s orbit might cause asteroids to come shooting at the Earth.”

The video reported that this planet may have a sweeper effect and send asteroids our way. It also claims that our fate may be the same as the dinosaurs because of this rogue planet and its effects on the Solar System.

This is where it gets uncannily bizarre – here we are two years later and it appears that NASA has now been very concerned about potentially deadly asteroids that have been passing over us and luckily missing us.

In the past week, astronomers discovered three never-before-seen asteroids as they whizzed by Earth significantly closer than the vast majority of passing near Earth asteroids.

NASA says in hindsight that they actually were no threat to the planet, but when we are talking sweeper effects from a possible arrival of Planet X, it becomes noteworthy.

It is a little unsettling that the largest of the three, Asteroid 2017 SQ2 was spotted and reported four days after the warehouse-sized hunk of rock passed a little over 120,000 miles above the Earth.

Asteroid 2017 SM2 is about half that size and passed us early Wednesday morning over 188,000 miles away.

The closest and smallest piece of rock that whizzed by was Asteroid 2017 SR2, which was said to be about the size of a bus and came by last Wednesday afternoon about 55,000 miles away from us.

Planet 9 or Planet X is calculated to be about 4 times as large as Earth, and 10 times as massive. Its orbit takes between 10,000 and 20,000 years. A planet that large can only be hiding in so many places, and scientists say those places are a long way from Earth.

So no, we will not be seeing the end of the world at the hands of Planet X, but it is interesting to see that perhaps an approach of this planet could be causing catastrophic effects on the Earth.
