IS IT ONLY A TEST?
A few years ago, just prior to the full digital conversion of television and radio signals, I had prepared a series of shows about the possibility of vulnerability to government controls with regards to the broadcasting of all signals. This included radio, television, cell phones and internet. I concluded that the Digital Television Transition that phased out Analog signals with digital signals, there was a potential to control the media with the use of digital “blackouts.” With digital broadcasts there can be complete blackouts of information and programming.
We warned that networks you once loved could be shut down without notice. With the transition some 80 percent of analog signals disappeared. This means that there are less transmitters providing content. It also meant that with less transmitters or stations that provided content—there would be more of an opportunity to shut down signals in the event of a major crisis or uprising where communication is vital to prevent the spread of disinformation.
These blackouts can conveniently happen to channels that broadcast controversial opinions. Digital systems are vulnerable and now we have converted to the digital systems we may have to get used to black out scenarios and or possible grid manipulations that could cause harm or even create hysteria induced by non lethal weapons.
The United States Government has been experimenting with non lethal weapons that they wish to use on the public. There have been active denial systems that have been used in Iraq with regard to crowd control. There is also non lethal psychological experiments that have been used on groups of people and the new digital systems can open the door for potential abuse in this arena.
In the X-files episode “Wetwired” (1996) Mulder and Scully look into a series of homicides in which the killers were otherwise normal, harmless people. Somehow, all the perpetrators suddenly became delusional, triggered by a mysterious unknown force. The investigation finds that the killers were “triggered” by a color spectrum manipulation originating from a tampered cable television box. Scully eventually becomes affected and Mulder is not. Later it is revealed that Mulder is color blind and would not feel the subliminal effects of the flashing colors and malfunctioning cable box.
On December 16, 1997, 12,000 Japanese children came down with various signs and symptoms of illness after watching an episode of a popular animated cartoon, Pokémon. While photosensitive epilepsy was diagnosed in the children, this explanation cannot account for the breadth and pattern of the events that transpired afterward. There were adults and others affected later and doctors concluded that the phenomenon triggered a mass Psychogenic Illness. It literally triggered consensus hysteria and anxiety.
The reaction was brought on by repetitive flashing of scenes and the strobe effect of the main character’s red eyes. This created a photosensitive reaction causing seizures. This was similar to what happened in the X-files episode a year before.
Now, imagine the same scenario. But this time it is sent as a flash signal to your television. Then comes a sine wave tone. Two tones followed by a longer tone. Then a strobe flash. If you are not paying attention this would seem like an ordinary EAS broadcast. However this type of warning was never used on September 11th, 2001.
The excuse was that the media gave a quicker warning than the EAS system. It was also reported that during the tsunami and nuclear meltdown at the Fukushima nuclear facility in Japan, their country’s Emergency news network system tones were not used at all.
There was no explanation for this. It was later that the United States Government announced that there would be a nationwide EAN blackout test for three minutes on 11/9/11. It was authorized by the President to be used in times of crisis. This has not been done in nearly 50 years and every day we have tests of the Emergency Alert system using tones and silence and a report that official news and information would be delivered after the strange tone is sounded.
So, does this mean that the EAS tones have another use?
There are those who theorize that EAS sign wave tones are conditioning tones. We are conditioned like Pavlovian dogs to equate the tones with the delivering of information regarding attack. In its sine spectrum the tone is a pulsing tone much like a pulsing light.
Now imagine the same scenario with a cycled extremely Low frequency (ELF) tone combined with strobe activity jumping from scene to scene? Would this create a reaction?
There is a Pentagon Psychotronic technology known as the Silent Sound Spread Spectrum that has been fully operational since the early 1990s. Not only does this technology work to control the mind but there have been trial runs of similar technologies in other countries. There have been stories that have been reported showing that it is a powerful and non lethal tool.
In 2010 there was a warning that online tones were being used by teenagers to get high. These tones were called binaural beats or digital drugs. A story in Oklahoma highlighted a perceived crisis of children downloading Mp3s containing sounds that according to the report induced the same effects as Marijuana and LSD. The report was first filed by KWTV News channel 9 and demonstrated how a TV channel desperately wants to be the first to induce a mass psychosis and hysteria by showing young people wearing headphones listening to binaural beats and Psychotronic drones and tripping out.
As an experiment I utilized some of the more popular tones on the radio, it was recommended that in order to get the full effect of these tones you would have to listen for 10 minutes. I took a number of tones and broadcast them on the air. Many people called and talked about their experiences with what could be a potential non lethal tone. I suggested that these tones could be used in a national experiment that could hijack thought patterns.
However it was interesting to hear how something as subtle as an audible tone could produce different results. Can anyone imagine what could happen when a station or internet link up could shut down creating mass hysteria or pumping a thought or mass dream state in order to sway an entire population to one thought?
Silent sound and non lethal tone technologies similar to the digital drugs or I-doses were used against Iraqi troops fortified in deep underground bunkers in Kuwait in the first Gulf War in January of 1991.
The physical, emotional, and psychological effects of this technology were so severe that hundreds of thousands of Iraqi troops surrendered en masse without firing even a single shot against U.S. led coalition forces.
The Silent Sound Spectrum can be used with a combination of the HAARP transmitters, GWEN towers, microwave cell phone towers, and digital conversion technologies.
The British press noted that the new systems of control that the U.S. Military is using are sophisticated electronic systems designed to ‘speak’ directly to the mind of the viewer to alter and entrain his brainwaves, to manipulate his brain’s electroencephalographic (EEG) patterns and thus artificially implant negative emotional states feelings of intense fear, anxiety, despair and hopelessness as well as feelings of hope and desire for things not generally desired.
In three minutes they will be able to black out digital signals. In three minutes they can use a ultra low frequency dose with the ability implant behavioral suggestions using subliminal audio and video in the lower spectrum.
I am not saying that they will – I am saying that it can be done and you wouldn’t even know it.
The question you need to ask is why after 50 years we have now decided to send a black out signal during the curious date of 11/9/11? Isn’t it odd that a black out signal is supposed to be used to test the capability of the Emergency alert system on a national scale?
Doesn’t this demonstrate an unbelievable amount of power? Do you find it also curious that we have no say in the matter? No checks and balances, only the word of our controllers that this is just routine testing?
Dr. Michael Persinger is a professor of psychology and neuroscience at Laurentian University, Ontario, Canada he is quite controversial because he has conducted electromagnetic experiments on the brain.
In his labs using, visual, audio, and electromagnetic stimulus he has been able to create out of body experiences, angelic encounters and alien abduction sensations in the brains of his volunteers. He claims that just a small electromagnetic stimulus can create a ghostly feeling in the minds of people.
“Temporal lobe stimulation can evoke the feeling of a presence, disorientation, and perceptual irregularities. It can activate images stored in the subject’s memory, including nightmares and monsters that are normally suppressed. Contemporary neuroscience suggests the existence of fundamental algorithms by which all sensory transduction is translated into an intrinsic, brain-specific code. Direct stimulation of these codes within the human temporal or limbic cortices by applied electromagnetic patterns may require energy levels which are within the range of both geomagnetic activity and contemporary communication networks. A process which is coupled to the narrow band of brain temperature could allow all normal human brains to be affected by a sub-harmonic whose frequency range at about 10 Hz would only vary by 0.1 Hz.” — Dr. Michael Persinger
Now keep in mind tonal signals for Conelrad were 1050 hz, Emergency broadcast system tones were 853 hz and Emergency Alert system tones are 960 hz. While the tones were only used for a minimal amount of time they do have the effect of getting one’s attention.
You turn on the television and whether you know it or not you are exposing yourself to a 30 Hz hum. Many people cannot hear this hum but it is there.
The way to test your sensitivity to the hum is to walk into an electronics store and listen carefully to the frequency that escapes from the many screens. For some the multiplicity is unbearable. However the majority of the populace has been desensitized to the hum because it is present in rooms that use fluorescent light.
It has been argued that this hum can trigger a trancelike state and in some cases cause wandering thoughts and attention deficit. For some people it is difficult to pay attention in a room with Fluorescent lights. Your brain has been manipulated into believing that the hum is associated with moving flickers and images.
Your attention span has been manipulated by jump cutting in Television shows. Television producers realize this and so they don’t want you to loll into a listless state so the images bounce back and forth.
The human brain has now been programmed into demanding cut shot images because of television. The images need to be fast and succinct in order to keep the mind active while it is caught in the hypnotic 30 Hz hum.
The unfounded theory is that the test conducted by the Emergency Alert network is all mini social experiment to see how we react to controlled stimuli. Could mass control mechanisms be used to convince a population of alien attack, Government upheaval, and literal anarchy?
It makes you want to stop and ponder the possibilities. When you hear about the test of the Emergency broadcast system perhaps you should ask-
