According to a CNN I-report this picture reportedly was snapped showing strange clouds forming over HAITI after the earthquake. Earthquake clouds have been seen before over cities that have had earthquakes. Rainbow clouds were seen over China after their earthquake. We could be seeing a new phenomeneon, “earthqauke clouds. ” Or are they a signature of something unnatural?
