Years ago Rock Music producer David Smith and myself embarked on a working screenplay idea called KRAMPUSNACHT or NIGHT OF THE KRAMPUS. The story deals with a young German boy that escapes an attack from the forest creature KRAMPUS, a demonic and murderous entity that is a staple of European Christmas folklore. Set in the era of World War II the young German boy witnesses the slaughter of his family at the hands of the KRAMPUS. The Boy’s Father just happens to be a guard at Auschwitz, the concentration camp where millions of people were killed.
