THE CAKE IS A LIE EMPLOYING THE UNITARY EXECUTIVE POLICY
I guess it comes as no surprise to my listeners and supporters that I am conflicted by the 99% movement. It is not that I am against the spirit of revolution or the spirit of protest; these are things that are healthy and right. The problems that I am seeing are the misdirection, the confusion and the purpose of such an event. These flaws that exist are what make the 99% movement vulnerable to collapse and eventually we will see the feigned support of law makers turn into chaos with mass arrests and mass internment that the government will be willing to impose without impunity.
I have endured the overall apathy form most people in the social networks who are so sure that nothing will happen with the protests and that they will be swatted away like fleas and there are some who have already called the occupiers “Flea baggers.”
Typical America wants to believe that we have nothing to worry about. However the 99% people are human beings that really have nothing to lose. When you are in that position you tend to do things you wouldn’t normally do.
The unfortunate thing about the typical American is that they are too comfortable with the idea that America is too big to fail. They believe that our very form of government is immune to collapsing into a different form. Americans should know full well that our government is teetering on the brink of socialism, communism, and even despotism.
It is time to realize that Americans can’t allow their politics as usual to continue. They do not apply in chaos. Most of the occupiers seem to have no politics. They are angry across the board but soon it looks as if there is a huge betrayal in the works and also a plan for the undesirables that are now occupying parks, and blocking traffic for what observers see as a nebulous cause.
The global agenda still stands and if there is a revolt – it will be met with the harshest of consequences.
The reason no one wants to believe that America is plunging towards despotism is because we have “image and action parameters” that determine whether or not we are in a Democracy or Despotism. We all have an image of Dictators and the horrible things they have done.
We don’t see an overt image of a dictator in Military fatigues telling us how we should live. We do not think that our leaders carry out murders and order mass arrests. We do not think that coups cannot be successful in America—we see Mussolini, or Hitler as examples of dictators and we also hear that Middle eastern madmen are also evil dictators, But how do we not see that dictatorship is annexing a mob mentality in America that can spark a class war, civil un rest and an asymmetrical attack from within?
We have all been duped into believing in the smooth pabulum that has been created by consultants, ad agencies and spin doctors that downplay and belittle the reality of tyranny. They blind side the public with issues like abortion, immigration, and global warming. Things like constitutional rights are no longer important to the average American Citizen. Fear has determined that the constitution is a worn out document that is a death sentence.
That is why the shadow government will maintain continuity at all costs and they are waiting in the wings to enforce martial law. The threat has never gone away, the goal of urban warfare has always been a possibility and now we edge closer with the 99% movement.
The implementation of the “Unitary Executive Policy” is imminent. I feel it so strongly that I am feeling sick to my stomach over it. The Unitary executive theory is the theory of an Imperial presidency happening in this country. We are edging closer to it now more than ever.
Although the concepts of the unitary executive and the imperial presidency are most often associated with Republicans, President Bill Clinton also worked to expand presidential powers. Most notable was his successful attempt to convince Congress to pass the Line-Item Veto Act of 1996, which allows the President to selectively veto specific parts of a bill without vetoing the entire bill. The Supreme Court struck down the Act in Clinton v. City of New York in 1998.
I remember seeing the same types of executive empowerment during the Bush Administration and warned of it then, now it hasn’t changed and Obama has the opportunity to enact the Imperial order.
Barack Obama campaigned and promised that he would erase any traces of the Unitary Executive concept. He promised to shut down Guantanamo and to abolish torture. It didn’t materialize. He remained an ally of the Imperial Executive Unitary, sided with wall street and now we are seeing the results of a disenfranchised America. We are seeing Americans that are angry, lost and in need of direction and focus. The result is the 99% movement.
It was a seductive argument that electing a Democrat to power would undo the damages caused by the attempts at a Unitary Executive Government provided by the Bush Administration. We are now seeing that none of the policies have been undone and it is beginning to look as if the Imperial order is being considered as we see people rising up and gathering in protest with the American Spring.
This is frightening—it is so close it can be felt. It is so close that any true American can feel uneasy and disturbed by what is transpiring.
This is the greatest of all conspiracies. It has been proposed for years that this is the great plot that is being devised to bring down America and here we are—we have arrived. It should be identified and understood. It needs to be announced and spread. The Unitary Executive order is ready to be implemented in order to create the Empire.
The Unitary Executive model supports state secrecy to protect those who torture prisoners. It also denies torture victims a trial. Executive order is still supportive of illegal wiretapping of American citizenry. It maintains and encourages the surveillance state.
The Obama administration has taken the extraordinary step of authorizing the targeted killing of an American citizen, the radical Muslim cleric Anwar al-Awlaki. The Administration is banking on the justification of the assassination based on American hatred of Muslims.
While radical thoughts are something to consider and should be investigated, they are not by writ of constitution reason for targeted assassination by the Executive branch of government. Regardless of public opinion Al-Awlaki received No due process. There was no trial and no charges filed. He had no trial to deny these accusations.
Congress had failed to bring up Impeachment proceedings against President Bush and now they refuse to say anything about Obama. We have whittled Congress down to 12 people. The question is are they accountable to the people or are they yes men for the president and the act of the Unitary Executive plot?
Call it a power grabbing conspiracy theory – call it what you will – we are close to having it completed. We are so close to having an emperor who will order to the neutralization of anyone who wishes to revolt against the system that they have prepared for us.
According to Wayne Madsen A limited-distribution document circulating around relevant oversight committees of the Congress has raised some eyebrows on Capitol Hill. The document, said to have originated with the Department of homeland security, describes seven mass detention centers that have been set up at military bases, mostly in the western states.
With “Occupy Wall Street” and similar “occupy” city movements gaining in numbers and power around the nation, some in Congress suspect the Homeland Security document is a way to assure right-wing members of Congress, Republicans and Democrats, that the Obama administration has implemented plans to detain key leaders and participants in the mass protests sweeping the United States.
To cut away the fat we can determine that the limited distribution document has given the okay for a dragnet that will imprison innocent civilians and place them in detainment camps indefinitely. The arrest of over 700 protesters at the Brooklyn Bridge by the
New York police may have been a dry-run for a much larger round-up, one that could be mirrored across the United States. It was also rumored that American officials were present during the uprisings in Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom in order to understand group movements and the dynamics of riotous activities.
It was during July and August that Ground Zero and The Intel hub were reporting that Military vehicles were seen being transported by rail throughout the west. It was indicated that these personnel vehicles, including tanks and cannons were painted with digital camouflage indicating that they would be used in an urban setting and not a desert setting.
The developing revolt, the Unitarian power grab, and the special interests trying to obtain power over the 99%, the feigned support of the leaders are all painting the picture of a civil trap. No one is standing accountable for any and all violations created by the occupation movement. Police departments have now remained eerily quiet on matters of law in the situation.
However lying in wait is the executive order that will corral the protestors into an awaiting detainment camp. The REX 84 program has been around since the Reagan administration and several other camps have been contracted out by Halliburton and other groups.
It is no longer a myth that the United States Government is implementing Unitary Executive procedures. They are ruling by decree, it is the rule of empire dictated by the monetary system. The opposition is exactly what they want. This is why the endorse it because a revolt is crucial to demanding a reversal of traditional constitutional law in the United States. The idea is to create an illusion that a populist revolt is a left wing conspiracy and convince the right wing to demand that something be done to thwart the revolt.
Anything that would be in the interest of the country would have broad populist support however there is no broad consensus on the 99% occupation. There is a vocal right wing antithetical opinion, a left wing hijacking and a lost center that will be squashed unless it is declared by a representative of the group that there is absolutely no affiliation with the unions, moveon.org and other left wing organizations.
So far there has been no comment about impeachment of president Obama from the occupation groups. No details on the relationships Obama made with wall street, and no commentary regarding the Unitary executive abuses that this administration has adopted from the likes of George W. Bush and Dick Cheney.
You see how terrifying this is? Do you see how a group that has occupied really needs a direction now before it implodes and turns into just another excuse for a police state?
Someone needs to speak up now! Someone needs to get to the organizers of these occupations and let them know that they are being used as pawns in the big game of Empire. Obama has allowed himself to be a tool of Wall Street and the European Union. He can stand against the encroachment of empire; however the power seems to be having a hold on common sense and populist interests.
The 99% occupying parks and cities are expecting to bring change. The reward will not be what they are expecting.
