5/8/20: ABSTRACT IMPACT W/ DR. SKY

Clyde Lewis | May 8, 2020

MONOLOGUE WRITTEN BY CLYDE LEWIS

On April 28th, 2020 a dead star sitting just 30,000 light-years away was recorded by radio observatories around the world, seemingly flaring with a single, millisecond-long burst of incredibly bright radio waves that would have been detectable from another galaxy.

In addition, global and space X-ray observatories recorded a very bright X-ray counterpart.

Work on this event is very preliminary, with astronomers madly scrambling to analyses the swathes of data.

It was an extraterrestrial signal – a burst in our own galaxy from a dead star that beamed a wave for a split second sending a message to earth.

As you may already know many observatories have been closed due to COVID-19 , however many larger ones are still in operation and this of course was a chance and rare occasion when an extraterrestrial burst was detected closer to the earth than ever recorded.

The signal, a millisecond-wave bursts of radio waves, was traced back to a Milky Way magnetar, a type of neutron star with an extremely strong magnetic field. The magnetar suddenly lit up, sending out a gargantuan millisecond-long burst of bright radio waves, the wave was so string it could have been picked up by other galaxies.

Fast Radio Bursts have raised far more questions about the universe than they can answer. They’re extremely unpredictable, despite some of them releasing more energy than 500 million suns. They don’t seem to have a pattern to them and last for only a tiny fraction of a second.

Astronomers suggest the signal may have originated as a result of massive, shifting gravitational forces causing a starquake or magnetar flare, a disturbance in the magnetic field surrounding it.

Some scientists are speculating that these huge bursts are proof of technologies being used by extraterrestrials.

While pragmatic scientists tend to smirk at the idea that we are certainly seeing anomalous activity in space, world governments and their space agencies seem to be acting as if we need to prepare for what appears to be an alien invasion or even an appearance of something that certainly has no explanation.

Many people have been wondering why after three years of knowing about the Tic Tac UFO encounters with our Navy – the Pentagon has now gone on the record declassifying the videos and stating that the craft in the videos are not of any design that they are aware of from Earth.

Again, not specifying or even saying that extraterrestrial intelligence is involved.

Some have claimed that the Pentagon is willingly creating a distraction but it certainly is not working because the media certainly has not halted their fear porn with COVID-19 and while futurists are claiming that we are now seeing the beginning of an alien invasion – no one is taking the time to demonstrate that the government is now acting as if the invasion, if there is one, is already underway.

Japan’s Defense Ministry plans to draw up procedures in the event Self-Defense Force pilots encounter unidentified flying objects, or UFOs. The US Defense Department on Monday released videos of what it claims to be UFOs racing through the sky Defense Minister Taro Kono told reporters on Tuesday he does not believe much in UFOs, but he would like to know why the Pentagon released the videos and its analyses of them. Kono added there have been no reports of Self-Defense Force pilots encountering UFOs, but his ministry will be prepared in case they do.

Yesterday, the first commercials were released that are now asking for recruits for The United States Space Force. In fact, at first I thought I was watching an ad for a new video game or for a new sequel to Independence Day.

The commercial featured scenes from space, rockets launching, military troops in spacesuits and a glimpse of a secretive American space craft the service will launch this month.

While the secret X-37 B has been an unmanned secret space plane for a yet unannounced secret space program – the commercial implies that there are military astronauts that are suited up to ride on what looks like a super stealth shuttle mission.

The X-37B is scheduled to lift off atop a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket from Florida’s Cape Canaveral Air Force Station on May 16, kicking off the sixth mission for the robotic vehicle, Space Force and Air Force officials announced today.

No word on what the mission entails but this is happening after the Chinese launched a test model of a next-generation Chinese crew capsule which lifted off Tuesday on top of a heavy-lift Long March 5B rocket, marking a milestone in the future of Chinese space exploration ambitions.

The rocket was launched from Hainan Island and did not have any astronauts on board, according to Chinese state media.

If the test launch is successful, future launches will be able to take off and land with three crew members on board and up to 500kg of cargo. The Manned Space Engineering Office told China’s state broadcaster that the launch was a “complete success.”

“It is a prelude to the third step of China’s manned space program,” the space agency said.

It appears that Chinese are preparing for a first and that is a manned flight and the establishment of a space station.

Last year, China made a move that arguably put us closer to the possibility of a space war – and the fight for the control over the moon and other areas of space.

China launched the Chang’e-4 space craft in order to in its words send back images of what is on the far side of the moon.

As many people may or may not know anything that winds up on the far side of the moon has a hard time sending signals back to earth. When China landed the rover on the Moon and sent back signals there were many people that were calling it a hoax because of the signal loss.

Signals to and from the rover are being relayed through a satellite called Magpie Bridge or Queqiao in Chinese. It is in a “halo orbit” on the other side of the moon, from where it can communicate with both Chang’e and the Earth.

But what is the receiver on earth that is processing unknown space activity that China has classified?

The New York Times reported in 2016 that there was a space receiver that was constructed in Patagonia, Argentina. At the time there was no word as to who was behind the construction and why the Argentine government gave its blessing for its construction.

It was then reported that the ground station was financed and built for Chinese interests.

While Argentina and China claimed that “the ground station in the Southern Hemisphere was being built to support the program for moon exploration and other space activities” – there were others that saw it as a station that was monitoring strange activities happening on the far side of the moon.

Speculation of course ran wild – anything from the Chinese knows of possible artifacts on the moon to extraterrestrial intelligence activities that needed to be monitored with the station in Patagonia becoming a relay station for alien communication on standby.

It has been leaked that a division of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, dedicated to intercepting communications of other world powers has also set up operations there and it may be that having a position from above can give the advantage of being able to intercept internet transmissions and shut down areas of operations anywhere on earth.

Argentina is not asking questions.

On April 9th, 2020 a video was uploaded to YouTube by Jean Michel Tenac that purported to show strange orbs flying extremely close to the moon casting convincing shadows on the lunar surface.

These craft looked eerily similar to the Tic Tac UFOs that the Pentagon have now declassified.

Just a few days ago, another real time moon video was released as a Facebook live video showing an anomaly near the moon that some were claiming is Planet X but what it really looks like is a plume of regolith that somehow has shot up into space and is reflecting the light of the sun.

The plume may be from an explosion or perhaps even a large space rock could have hit the moon there has been no report form NASA about what is going in up there.

According a recent article on Sky News, there has been some unusual seismic activity happening on the moon.

In the headline “Possible tectonic activity detected on the Moon” it has been reported that even though the Moon has been considered a dead satellite Professor Peter Schultz at Rhode Island’s Brown University is saying that recently there has been evidence that the moon has been cracking and shaking.

There has also been evidence that suggests that rocks and debris have been hitting the moon and blowing apart.

Two days ago an asteroid the size of a diesel truck came by within 4000 miles of the earth. This is dangerous because something of this size this close to the earth could have taken out many of our satellite systems.

The previously unseen asteroid, 2020 JJ, whizzed past at a distance of around 7,000 kilometers (4,350 miles) this week. In astronomical terms, that’s an incredibly close shave, and it makes it one of the closest passes of our planet ever recorded.

The asteroid was only discovered by the Mount Lemmon Survey in Arizona at almost exactly the time it reached its closest point to Earth.

This is an alarming story.

NASA’s database of close approaches by asteroids and other “Near-Earth Objects” reveals that 2020 JJ was the sixth closest approach recorded in over 100 years of data going back to 1900, and it came closer than many of the satellites orbiting our planet.

Had 2020 JJ actually collided with Earth, it likely would have burned up in the atmosphere around our planet. It could have also exploded in space above an area creating an EMP or perhaps widespread damage.

This should serve as a warning of the dangers of near-Earth asteroids.

Yesterday, the journal, Science, published a video of Japan’s landing on an asteroid.

Japan’s asteroid-sampling spacecraft Hayabusa2 spent a long, five-year journey in space before landing on the asteroid Ryugu on February 21, 2019.  Finally, the images have come back,

These brief moments allowed astronomers to get a closer glimpse at the surface of Ryugu, and be able to get a better understanding of its age and geological history. It also helped scientists resolve a mystery regarding the color variations on the asteroid’s surface.

Earlier observations by the spacecraft revealed that Ryugu’s surface is made up of two different types of material that vary in color, with one being slightly red and the other being slightly blue. However, scientists were unable to predict what may have caused this strange color difference on the surface of the asteroid.

As Hayabusa2 lands on the asteroid, the onboard cameras captured the sampling process in great detail, revealing the disturbances to the surface that were caused by the spacecraft while it was collecting a sample from Ryugu.

This open up the prospect for Asteroid experiments where we can steer asteroids away from earth to avoid collisions and in some cases mine asteroids for raw materials.

The mining of space will become a new enterprise for the future.

In May 2009, newly-elected President Obama “ordered an independent review of NASA’s human-spaceflight plans,” known as the Augustine Commission.

The final report condemned the Constellation program as significantly over budget and behind schedule, a problem that historically hindered both the space station and shuttle.

Consequently, President Obama cancelled the program, redirecting NASA’s efforts to target landing on a near-Earth asteroid by 2025 and pursuing the vicinity of Mars by the mid-2030s. NASA retained the commercial development of the Orion CrewExploration Vehicle, a crew capsule, and the Space Launch System, and a powerful new rocket.

Systems and plans were then moved to the private sector – later, Obama did a very curious thing.

On June 15, the U.S. House of Representatives took a major step in passing a bill that provides legal protection to space mining by U.S. based corporations that establish off-world operations. The “Space Resource Exploration and Utilization Act” will protect corporations “from harmful interference” and “discourage government barriers” to their space operations.

In other words, it authorizes off world mining facilities to use whatever means necessary to mine an extraterrestrial landscape. This includes but is not limited to slave labor, and environmental damages that may develop.

The bill, “H.R.1508: Space Resource Exploration and Utilization Act of 2015,” was introduced and referred to the Science, Space and Technology Committee by a bipartisan group of eight members on March 19, 2015. On June 15, after an 18-15 vote two days earlier in favor of amending the bill, it was officially sent to the full House for a vote in an upcoming session. An identical bipartisan bill has been introduced into the Senate by Senators Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Patty Murray (D-WA).

The Space Resource Exploration and Utilization Act ostensibly protects the rights of mining companies willing to invest significant financial resources in future space exploration. If, for example, a mining company establishes a base on Mars, then it would have the right to exploit the resources of Mars and be protected under U.S. Federal Law.

Recently, The Trump administration has drafted an emergency blueprint for mining and other secret activities on the moon under a new U.S.-sponsored international agreement called the Artemis Accords.

The agreement would be the latest effort to cultivate allies around NASA’s plan to put humans and space stations on the moon within the next decade, and comes as the civilian space agency plays a growing role in implementing American foreign policy. The draft pact has not been formally shared with U.S. allies yet.

The Trump administration and other spacefaring countries see the moon as a key strategic asset in outer space. The moon also has value for long-term scientific research that could enable future missions to Mars – activities that fall under a regime of international space law widely viewed as outdated.

Others are saying that there is more to the Artemis Accords. There are those who are speculating that there is to be a framework for enterprise on distant planets and that there needs to be a briefing on how The United States and other countries can conducted space affairs without upsetting or otherwise threatening the preservation of extraterrestrial artifacts along with possible contact with extraterrestrial races in the near future.

The Artemis Accords, named after the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s new Artemis moon program, proposes to create what are being called “safety zones” that would surround future moon bases to prevent damage or interference from rival countries or companies operating in close proximity.

The pact also aims to provide a framework under international law for companies to own the resources they mine.

In the coming weeks, U.S. officials plan to formally negotiate the accords with space partners such as Canada, Japan, and European countries, as well as the United Arab Emirates, opening talks with countries the Trump administration sees as having “like-minded” interests in lunar enterprises.

One can’t help but speculate that there is more than meets the eye with these meetings and that quite possibly there is a need to meet about making a major announcement about the moon, and surrounding areas of space where we may have made contact with extraterrestrials.

This is a major breakthrough but the biggest curiosity is how Russia is being snubbed and is not invited to the talks.

Russia, has been a major partner with NASA on the International Space Station, but is not an early partner in these accords, the sources said, as the Pentagon increasingly views Moscow as hostile for making “threatening” satellite maneuvers toward U.S. spy satellites in Earth orbit.

It is anyone’s guess what happens next but it certainly feels as if the announcement of disclosure is in the works later this year or the beginning of next year.
