THE BUZZ AT CHINA LAKE

MONOLOGUE WRITTEN BY CLYDE LEWIS

Two major earthquakes that struck Southern California late last week opened fault lines on Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake and prompted officials to evacuate residents. Since Saturday, the Navy testing installation has been declared “not mission capable until further notice.”

As of late Monday, the Navy’s key research-and-development site for major aviation and weapons systems testing and evaluation remained off-limits to anyone but mission-essential personnel, as crews worked to inspect facilities at the sprawling installation complex.

China Lake, which covers 1.2 million acres of the Mojave Desert, felt the brunt of the significant tremors, from the magnitude 6.4 earthquake that struck at the morning of July 4 to the scores of aftershocks and then magnitude 7.1 earthquakes that occurred on the 5th.

U.S. Geological Survey experts identified the epicenters of the two largest tremors and countless others as occurring within the Navy installation.

Navy personnel and California National Guard aircrews assisted geologists in surveying the impacts of the tremors, which cracked paved roads, opened gashes across the desert area and shifted railroad tracks.

The weapons station, as well as nearby towns of Ridgecrest and Trona, saw scattered damage from the quakes but no deaths or major destruction.

China Lake officials had reported few details about effects to the weapons station and offered scant information in public updates posted on the weapons station’s official Facebook page.

The weapons station, about 150 miles north of Los Angeles, stretches northeast from Ridgecrest, a high-desert desert town of 28,000. The installation includes several significant cultural or archaeological areas, including the Coso Rocks, a national historic landmark.

Many people have mentioned that the hieroglyphs on the rocks there left by ancient natives are quite peculiar – some say that the characters depicted on the rocks look somewhat like aliens flying in on shiny space ships.

The facility is as big as Rhode Island and has been nicknamed “the secret city.” There is a sign posted at the highly secure gates at China Lake that says:

REMEMBER:
WHAT YOU SEE HERE
WHAT YOU DO HERE
WHAT YOU HEAR HERE
WHEN YOU LEAVE HERE LET IT STAY HERE!

The weapons station has 2,132 buildings and facilities, 329 miles of paved roads and 1,801 miles of unpaved roads, as well as Armitage Field, the main air station, all valued at some $3 billion. Its 19,600 square miles of restricted and controlled airspace supports integrated testing and training for aircraft and weapons systems. About 620 active duty military, 4,166 civilian employees and 1,734 contractors work at the weapons station, which include several key tenants: Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division; Air Test and Evaluation Squadrons 31 and 9; Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest China Lake Detachment; Marine Aviation Detachment; and several Navy explosive ordnance disposal detachments.

The Secret City is very much like Area 51; however, there are no crazy internet challenges to storm the facility.

Some 470,000 Facebook users had committed to a “Storm Area 51” raid under the rallying cry, “Let’s see them aliens.”

An even higher number 428,000 says they’re “interested.” All evidence points to this being a joke, with at least one user issuing a disclaimer to avoid being held responsible if people actually show up.

The internet has taken this seriously, however, these secure facilities like Area 51 and China Lake are secure for various reasons and while Area 51 is set aside as a distraction for alien hunters, what has happened at China Lake probably needs more attention because of its possible role in the major earthquake swarms and major quakes that hit California last week.

When the earthquakes first were reported in California I received an e-mail from a source that told me an outrageous story. He said that there was some electromagnetic testing going on in California. There were reports of a very high pitched whine that people were hearing before the quakes. He also claimed that a UFO was sighted passing over the Ridgecrest area and Joshua Tree, to the south.

I called him to verify and he said he said it sounded crazy but he said that that there was something that he felt that there was something going on at the Goldstone Deep Space Communications Complex dealing with some sort of space tracking and communications.

Now I, of course, was skeptical, however, I mentioned the information to Steven Ben-Nun on the show I presented on the submarine fire. I mentioned the Tic Tac technology and how the Russian sub that caught fire could have encountered the strange UFO’s that Navy reported in 2004.

I was surprised that Steven, who is a former CIA intelligence agent said that he would not be surprised if there was some sort of UFO activity happening that could not only be connected the sub fire but also the situation at China Lake.

Ron Patton put in a call to John Carman, a former Secret Service agent who lived at China Lake and was also on assignment there. Carman told us that yes there was something going on in space – it was not a UFO but a secret space plane that was actually over China Lake just before the earthquake.

He also reported that after the quake hundreds of thousands of bees fell from the sky and were convulsing on the ground.

While scientists say that animals and insects react to earthquakes, the dead bees should be an indicator that something strange was happening during the earthquakes in California.

The X-37B space plane was captured flying over the earth by an amateur astronomer who just happened to be filming the sky.

The classified X-37B program “fleet” consists of two known reusable vehicles, both of which were built by Boeing.

The X-37B vehicles were built at several Boeing locations in Southern California, including Huntington Beach, Seal Beach and El Segundo. The program transitioned to the U.S. Air Force in 2004 after earlier funded research efforts by Boeing, NASA and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.

No one knows the purpose of these space vehicles however the last mission lasted 666 days in orbit around the earth. We do not know for certain of the space plane was sending messages to NASA’s Goldstone complex – but the possibility is not out of the realms of possibility – was the space plane sending signals or was it observing a possible weapons test at China Lake, or, was the weapons test the reason that the epicenter of these quakes?

Just what goes on at China Lake is a mystery. The base is well known for cloak and dagger cold war activity involving mind control and exotic aircraft and weapons testing.

It has been quietly delivering “weapons that work” since 1943. It is also believed to be a Department of Defense premiere electronic warfare site where advanced electromagnetic weapons and Direct Energy Weapons are tested.

China Lake developed 75% of the air-launched weapons used during Vietnam and jointly developed 80% of those used during Iraqi Freedom and the Center is rumored to be developing future weapons for land air and sea. They also may be developing weapons for space.

Like Area 51, China Lake was chosen for its remote location far from large population centers in order to safely conduct testing in relative secrecy. In addition, the clear skies over China Lake affords an extremely good environment for unimpeded flying and to collect the necessary photographic, video, and telemetry data required in order to support the China Lake mission of weapons testing and development for the Navy.

China Lake is actually a dry lake located on the north range area, named for early Chinese immigrant workers who mined borax from the dry lake bed.

Unlike Area 51, which in spite of its extremely secret nature is a well-known installation frequently featured on television programs and in UFO circles, those in the know rarely mention China Lake outside of official circles and it receives very little undue publicity on a national level.

China Lake has also been known for its experiments in Weather and Geological Warfare. They have been used as a geoengineering facility.

The Earth and Planetary Sciences Department at China Lake, which was headed up by Dr. Pierre St. Amand who was an important figure in the development of military weather modification efforts, most notably Project Popeye and Operation Stormfury.

This operation extended the Monsoon season over Laos during the Vietnam War. The operation seeded clouds with silver iodide, resulting in the targeted areas seeing an extension of the monsoon period an average of 30 to 45 days. As the continuous rainfall slowed down the truck traffic, it was considered relatively successful. It created hazardous mud conditions for the enemy.

In the 1980s, China Lake suffered some major flooding during a weather control experiment that was carried out there.

As with many government military programs, compartmentalization and secrecy rule the day, and weather modification is no different. In fact, it may be more compartmentalized and secret than others for several reasons. First and foremost, would be the environmental modification treaties making weather modification illegal but when have treaties ever stopped the US government from doing what it wants to do.

The China Lake Naval Air Weapons Station has a verifiable historical connection to weather modification programs. That fact is acknowledged by the U.S. Naval Museum of Armament and Technology in their website article about The Secret City which states, “From weather modification to satellite-delivery systems, the contributions of Naval air weapons station have not stopped with armament.”

The biggest question is whether or not geoengineering weapons were tested at China Lake and did they trigger the earthquakes and zapped the bees from the sky?

There have always been questions raised over whether or not weather weapons and other secret weapons can be used for Induced Seismicity.

We know that results of ongoing multi-year research on induced earthquakes by the United States Geological Survey (USGS) published in 2015 suggested that most of the significant earthquakes in Oklahoma, such as the 1952 magnitude 5.7 El Reno earthquake may have been induced by deep injection of wastewater by the oil industry.

“Earthquake rates have recently increased markedly in multiple areas of the Central and Eastern United States especially since 2010, and scientific studies have linked the majority of this increased activity to wastewater injection in deep disposal wells.

Now, there has been speculation that perhaps fracking may have been the cause of the recent quakes in California, however, there is a reason to believe that the DIA and other defense agencies have been ramping up production of special weapons in order to be prepared for any and all possibilities of war with Russia or China.

The Pentagon has secretly accused Russia of testing no yield nuclear weapons and weapons for weather control.

China and Russia recently conducted a joint ionospheric modification experiment using the Sura Ionospheric Heater and a Chinese satellite to measure the ionospheric changes. This experiment is very similar to those conducted using the HAARP Ionospheric Research Instrument in Gakona, Alaska and the DEMETER Satellite.

A total of five experiments were carried out. One caused physical disturbance over an area as large as 126,000 sq km (49,000 square miles), or about half the size of Britain.

The modified zone, looming more than 500km (310 miles) high over Vasilsursk, a small Russian town in Eastern Europe, experienced an electric spike with 10 times more negatively charged subatomic particles than surrounding regions.

In another experiment, the temperature of thin, ionized gas at high altitude increased more than 212 degrees Fahrenheit because of the particle flux.

The particles, or electrons, were pumped into the sky by Sura, an atmospheric heating facility in Vasilsursk built by the former Soviet Union’s military during the Cold War.

The militaries have been in a race to control the ionosphere for decades.

The Sura base in Vasilsursk is believed to be the world’s first large-scale facility built for the purpose. Up and running in 1981, it enabled Soviet scientists to manipulate the sky as an instrument for military operations, such as submarine communication.

High-energy microwaves can pluck the electromagnetic field in ionosphere like fingers playing a harp. This can produce very low-frequency radio signals that can penetrate the ground or water – sometimes to depths of more than 328 feet in the ocean, which made it a possible communication method for submarines.

Russia’s ambassador to the US, Anatoly Antonov, has denied reports of space weapons and weather war tests even though it was reported that the incident happened only that the dark skies were actually caused by the many wildfires around the world last summer.

The Defense Intelligence Agency’s statement claimed that Russia has carried out weapons tests, which have caused nuclear yield explosions and weather changes in areas of Russia. This document was prepared to elaborate the statement made by Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Robert Ashley, who said on May 29 that “the United States believes Russia is probably not adhering to the nuclear testing moratorium in a manner consistent with the zero-yield standard.

So this has this forced the hand of our military to conduct electromagnetic experiments that may include weather and geophysical controls, in order to weaponize nature?

It would be likely since China announced that they were testing a High-powered Incoherent Scatter Radar that would be capable of influencing the ebb and flow of subatomic particles as far away as Singapore, a distance of over 1,200 miles.

This facility would be the most powerful radar in the South China Sea and regardless of whether it can be used to generate extreme climate events, would have multiple military uses, including improving China’s submarine warfare capabilities and disrupting other countries’ communications networks by creating an atmospheric “black hole”.

Could this explain the wild weather we have been having and now were the earthquakes triggered by a massive power surge capable of triggering shallow swarms and then the big quakes that happened last week?

Brooks Agnew a frequent guest on Ground Zero informed us that the earthquakes in question were extremely shallow, however, were devastating enough create a fissure in the earth.

Local residents of Ridgecrest were reporting that during the quakes the power lines is the area started glowing red hot and that automobiles were actually affected as if an EMP had hit the area.

Again this would indicate a major power surge during the earthquakes and may have disrupted the electromagnetic field and killed many bees who use the magnetic fields of the earth to find flowers to pollinate.

It is possible for a non-governmental group or individual to undertake one of the higher-impact, lower-cost geoengineering initiatives unilaterally, perhaps without scientific support or any risk management strategy.

China Lake would be the perfect place for private testing of these weapons.

Ultimately, there is near certainty that some consequences of geoengineering methods cannot be anticipated and are now being experienced because of full-scale deployment and with dull scale testing.

We may be seeing a Butterfly Effect from tests carried out by China – or even possible tests at China Lake.

The secondary effects of geoengineering are so wildly unforeseen that a large scale ecological crisis could occur.

We are now in a cataclysmic cycle and there is no explanation for it – only political pundits using the weather and earthquakes as a reason to pick our pockets for the eradication of Climate Change.
