Just after our amazing interview with Robert J. Sawyer about the Atomic Bomb and the particle accelerator’s possible relationship with timed mansions, there were a few interesting items that were revealed, uncovered and declassified about how a form time manipulation was actually used during the Cold War as a way to use consciousness and mind control as a means to spy on enemies and actually manipulate environments
Time is a puzzling concept in physics: Two key physics theories clash on how they define it. In quantum mechanics, which describes tiny atoms and particles, time is just there. It’s fixed. It’s a background, but in the general theory of relativity, which describes gravity, time shifts in bizarre ways.
I remember mentioning that these concepts will be explored in the movie Tenet, however, no one knows when this film will be show or even if it will be shown next year. Everything has been delayed and if we continue on our present course this may be the first time in known history where a year in time is lost due to inactivity brought on by the fear of a pandemic.
It is a timeline that has its various controllers and we have been brought to this moment without questioning the reality or the new reality of it.
I had eluded to the plot in the film, Dark City, where there is really no light – only that strangers who manipulate the timeline at the stroke of midnight change our memories and little by little alter the holographic timeline in order to control our actions.
In Dark City, all of the human memories are newly fabricated when the hands of the clock reach 12. This is defined as “midnight,” but the term is deceptive, because there is no noon. “First came darkness, then came the Strangers,” we are told in the opening narration.
The strangers are a metaphor for the temporal custodians or the some may see as the Men in Black.
These Chrononauts have been depicted in various ways including the “observers” in the TV show Fringe to the men shown in the film the Adjustment Bureau which is based on the story by Philip K. Dick called “The adjustment team”–where men are employed by some clandestine organization to keep the time line intact.
I know that the whole concept sounds a bit outrageous but how do you explain the strangeness of M.I.B’s or even those glitches in the continuum that plague us as vague memories are replaced with new ones.
As we have been contemplating possible Mandela Effects and inverse time theories an accessible transcript from the Central Intelligence Agency’s Reading Room called “Analysis and Assessment of Gateway Process” was dropped and was immediately placed in our library at Aftermath.Media.
The original report was published on June 9, 1983. It was written by Wayne M. McDonnell to his commanding officer in the US Army Intelligence and Security Command.
McDonnell was tasked with offering an assessment of the Gateway Experience to his commanding officer. This proved to be a difficult project for him. He dives into transcendental meditation, hypnosis, quantum physics, both eastern and western religions, and more.
The document was meant to be viewed by the Commander at Fort Dietrick.
I have been reading the document with a keen interest in what has been detailed about how in the document it claims that science has been looking into quantum mechanics in order to be able to describe the nature and functioning of human consciousness.
Scientists working with the CIA were able to successfully construct a scientifically valid and reasonably lucid model of how consciousness functions under the influence of the brain hemisphere synchronization technique employed by what they call the Gateway Process.
Once this was done, the next step involved recourse to theoretical physics in order to explain the character of the time-space dimension and the means by which expanded human consciousness transcends it in achieving Gateway’s objectives.
These scientists found it necessary to use physics to bring the whole phenomenon of out-of-body states into the language of physical science to remove the stigma of its occult connotations, and put it in a frame of reference suited to objective assessment.
According to the document the “Gateway Experience” involves brain hemisphere synchronization or “Hemi-Sync” using various methods from hypnosis to biofeedback, and transcendental meditation.
The physics of altered human consciousness deals with some conceptualizations that are not easily grasped or visualized exclusively in the context of ordinary “left brain” linear thinking.
Fundamentally, the Gateway Experience is a training system much like what was seen in the movie the Matrix. Using quantum techniques and brain synch a soldier could actually become superhuman manipulating his environment and ride time loops in consciousness.
In the words of the CIA, the Gateway Experience is a training system designed to bring enhanced strength, focus and coherence to the amplitude and frequency of brainwave output between the left and right hemispheres so as to alter consciousness, moving it outside the physical sphere so as to ultimately escape even the restrictions of time and space. The participant then gains access to the various levels of intuitive knowledge which the universe offers.
Literally, trained soldiers making quantum leaps through consciousness.
Gateway assumes that once the frequency and amplitude of the human brain are rendered coherent, it is possible to begin accelerating both so that the human mind is soon resonating at ever higher vibrational levels. The mind can then bring itself into synchronization with more sophisticated and rarified energy levels in the universe. The mind, when operating at these increasingly rarified levels is assumed to be capable of processing the information thus received through the same fundamental matrix by which it makes sense of ordinary physical sensory input to achieve meaning in a cognitive context.
The system uses remote viewing as a means to focus on symbols, numbers and letters. It also focuses on targets with audio and visual help.
To achieve synchronization of brain hemispheres, the Hemi-Sync technique takes advantage of a phenomenon known as the Frequency Following Response (FFR) which means that if a subject hears a sound produced at a frequency which emulates one of those associated with the operation of the human brain, the brain will try to mimic the same frequency pattern by adjusting its brainwave output. Therefore, if the subject is in a fully awake state but hears sound frequencies which approximates brainwave output at the Theta level, the subject’s brain will endeavor to alter its brainwave pattern from the normal Beta to the Theta level.
Since the Theta level is associated with sleep, the subject concerned may progress from a fully awake to a sleep state (provided that he does not consciously resist) as the brain strives to entrain its wave frequency output with the one which the person hears. Since these brainwave frequencies are outside the spectrum of sounds which can be heard in pure form by the human ear, Hemi-Sync must produce them based on another phenomenon known as the brain’s capacity for deducing “beat” frequencies.
If the human brain is exposed to one frequency in the left ear which is 10 Hertz below another audible frequency played in the right ear, rather than hearing either of the two audible frequencies, the brain chooses to “hear” the difference between them, the “beat” frequency. Thus, availing itself of the FFR phenomenon, and using the technique of “beat” frequencies, the Gateway system uses Hemi-Sync and other audio techniques employing the FFR phenomenon to introduce a variety of frequencies which are played at a virtually subliminal, marginally audible level.
The objective is to relax the left hemisphere of the brain, place the physical body in a virtual sleep state, and bring the left and right hemispheres into coherence under conditions designed to promote the production of ever higher amplitude and frequency of brainwave output.
The subject may be subjected to subliminal and reversed speech audibles in order to synch into the gateway experience.
In this way, Gateway endeavors to provide the subject with the tools by which he may alter his consciousness based on his own volition over time through the repetitive use of the tapes so as to access, via intuitive means, new categories of information not available to ordinary consciousness.
This is known as “beat” entrainment.
However, brain coherence through entrainment to “beat” frequencies introduced via stereo headphones is only part of the reason why the Gateway system works. It is also designed to achieve the physical quietude characteristic of deep transcendental meditative states which brings about a complete alteration of the fundamental resonance pattern associated with the sound frequencies produced by the human body.
The subject then feels as if time is altered in consciousness and levels of hemi-synch produce levels of understanding that the world is a virtual matrix that they can alter at will.
Energy creates, stores and retrieves meaning in the universe by projecting or expanding at certain frequencies in a three dimensional mode that creates a living pattern called a hologram.
Ever wonder why scientists have been proposing that we live in a holographic universe? It is because they have been tinkering with concepts of time and multiverse at least since 1983 and I am sure they have been at it long before then – it is just that now with these declassified documents we are learning that playing in the multiverse is a game being played by scientists for the intelligence apparatus.
As a matter of fact Twitter put the spotlight on 1970s PSI research a couple of weeks ago when they featured a thread from researcher and journalist Emma Best regarding the CIA’s thoughts on Soviet research into black magic, and ‘psychotronic’ machines.
After going to the Twitter thread, again I was blown away by the research and the fact that Emma had listed that the CIA was at first unwilling to give up the documents but she continued to pursue the information.
In a link headlined: “Declassified CIA reports appear to show Soviet paranormal experimentation.”
The documents, obtained by Emma date back to 1977 and show US records on Soviet and East European parapsychology research, including “black magic” and devices “used to duplicate psychic effects.” The CIA especially noted “major uncertainties” in the extent of such abilities.
The CIA called it Black Magic – and stated that in 1969 the Soviet Union was seeking the whereabouts of practici9ng sorcerers and witches. They stated in their documents that the Soviets were actually ahead in the game of PSIONICS – the power for mind over matter using telepathic mind control and “psychotronic generators” – devices they said turned people into psychics and let them move objects with their minds.
One snippet from a 1977 CIA report “Soviet and East European Parapsychology” described Soviet experiments into ‘black magic’:
“About 1969 the Soviets reportedly established an official group in their covert program devoted to collecting information on black magic. This group, headed by D.G. Mirza, was given its own secret laboratory in Moscow and was assigned the tasks of identifying, locating and evaluating the capabilities of sorcerers, witches, and the incantations used by such individuals. It is unlikely that this avenue of investigation has produced any applied paranormal systems, but the data collected may have benefited other areas of research and may have improved their techniques for training subjects to acquire or to improve paranormal abilities. Thus, the research may still be included in the Soviet program.”
In Jim Schnabel’s 1997 book Remote Viewers: The Secret History of America’s Psychic Spies, perhaps provides a little insight into the type of things the CIA report is referring to.
According to intelligence reports, the KGB and GRU (military intelligence) had scoured the mystical eastern vastnesses of the Soviet Union in order to find the toughest Siberian shamans, the best-trained Tibetan priests, the most powerful Mongolian chi gong masters. At Special Department No. 8 in Siberia, according to August Stern, shamans tried to use their PK powers to make people fall off streetcars, or to kill small animals. An émigré parapsychologist named Larissa Vilenskaya claimed that at I.M. Kogan’s lab she was once shown a film of a PK master listening to a foreign politician on the radio, and trying to send detrimental psi particles his way.
At IPPI, the ‘Institute for Problems of Information Transmission’ one day, it was said, a group of Tibetans succeeded in breaking a human skull a few yards away, just by concentrating on it. Also at IPPI, and at a laboratory in Kazakhstan, shamans took madryushka dolls, hand-carved wooden spoons, souvenir models of Sputnik – the usual beriozka store trinkets – and zapped them with evil psi energies. The gifts now supposedly emitted debilitating rays, almost as if they had been impregnated with some kind of radioactive material; they were given to hapless foreign visitors, who would thereafter, it was believed, suffer neuralgia, depression, even nervous breakdowns. It was black magic, pure and simple, cloaked in the gray vernacular of psi particles and psi radiation and transmission and reception.
Schnabel goes on to list apocryphal stories about shamans being able to stop the hearts of small animals and sometimes humans – which gave rise to the American research that would be mocked in The Men Who Stare at Goats.
But Schnabel’s mention of ‘psi particles’ and ‘psi radiation’ is linked to another of the Soviet psi research snippets posted by Best, which mentions that “a significant amount of study was devoted to the development of psychotronic generators used to duplicate psychic effects”. As Schnabel notes in Remote Viewers:
By the mid-1970s, the CIA and DIA had begun to receive various reports of ‘psychotronic generators’ being designed and built along these lines. There was one device that supposedly could cause strokes or heart attacks. Another gave people a sensation of anxiety, or of a disorienting blow to the head. Another made them aggressive, or drove them mad.
According to the document obtained from Fort Meade, Energy creates, stores and retrieves meaning in the universe by projecting or expanding at certain frequencies in a three dimensional mode that creates a living pattern called a hologram.
Therefore all that we are experiencing is virtual made material –when energy systems within the quantum field change all things become immaterial.
Time becomes irrelevant as the subject becomes acausal and is able to blend into their new surroundings able to look in on a particular moment in time.
The document adds that the universe is composed of interacting energy fields, some at rest and some in motion. It is, in and of itself, one gigantic hologram of unbelievable complexity.
Furthermore we read that as energy passes through various aspects of the universal hologram and is perceived by the electrostatic fields which comprise the human mind, the holographic images being conveyed are projected upon those electrostatic fields of the mind and are perceived or understood to the extent that the electrostatic field is operating at a frequency and amplitude that can harmonize with and therefore “read” the energy carrier wave pattern passing through it. Changes in the frequency and amplitude of the electrostatic field which comprises the human mind determines the configuration and hence the character of the holographic energy matrix which the mind projects to intercept meaning directly from the holographic transmissions of the universe.
This could mean that there is not one fundamental clock in the universe, but rather there are likely a variety of processes that could be used to measure time. This also can mean that there are a variety of processes that can be used to tinker with time and also the way by which we perceive our environment.
Changes can be subtle but some people may be able to sense it more than others.
Still, the new result edges closer to the Planck’s Constant than experiments at the world’s largest particle accelerator, the Large Hadron Collider.
Both deserve attention as CERN seems to be ramping power and discovering tetrquarks that are playing hob with the magnetic structures of the planet.
If you remember — in the final episode of Netflix’s popular series “Stranger Things” the fate of not just the characters but the entire world, hangs on a character’s ability to remember Planck’s Constant. Named for the German physicist Max Planck, Planck’s Constant describes the behavior of particles and waves, including the particle of light, the photon.
Planck’s Constant plays a part in our very existence. The fusion reaction that takes place on the Sun fuses four hydrogen atoms into one helium atom. It is crucial to our reality – or to the existence of our reality. In the “Stranger Things” episode, Planck’s Constant is the code to open a safe that contains keys that will close the gate to the “Upside Down” or the parallel universe.
When Sheriff Hopper enters the wrong code, it’s up to Dustin to reach out via ham radio to his girlfriend from camp, Suzie, to get Planck’s Constant.
Unfortunately, Suzie wants to sing a duet with Dustin, the theme from the movie “The Never-ending Story”. After a musical interlude, Suzie reels off Planck’s Constant as 6.62607004, Dustin relays the information to Hopper and the safe opens.

Ironically, it is important for our never-ending existence.
Scientists noted that the code that was given in the TV Show was the Plank’s Constant of 2014 instead of 1985 and wondered if it was poor writing – or that in the Stranger Things universe, there is a glitch that somehow would thrust the characters into the future or some other dimension.
For those who are fans of the show, this might explain a few things – stranger things, but the secret numbers and codes to the secrets of our reality are constantly being measured and there are improvements to the measurement of what we call reality all the time.
Scientists are always numbers and equations and how if there is one number that is off or if there is some sort of miscalculation we may see or experience a glitch in the matrix – a paradox that could destroy our very existence.
The more we see what the military and other world military groups are up to – it seems that it is not out of the question that perhaps there have been and that maybe there are still Chrononauts that are among us today.
The truth is that there’s much we simply don’t understand about our reality, and apart from the Stephen Hawking idea that Experiments at CERN threw us into an alternate universe – there is the possibility that maybe there is a backup matrix that has been constructed where we are all playing a role in a huge electromagnetic encyclopedia that is being watched by sympathetic aliens, or scientists or even God.

So if the world isn’t really physical, if it’s based on information, then a simpler explanation might, in fact, be that we are in a simulation that is generated based on computer science and information.
This could mean those highly advanced computers are somewhere in the future projecting the past to a sympathetic audience or an interactive audience that can from time to time intervene and change the course of the timeline.
If even one civilization got to the point of creating one of these high-fidelity simulations, then they can create literally billions of civilizations that are simulated, each with trillions of beings, because all you need is more computing power.
With more computing power comes more dimensions with more civilizations with perhaps doppelgangers of yourself and others in a parallel universe that could be on standby – or that could overlap creating these various Mandela Effects, Déjà Vu, and what we call ghostly encounters.
There is a body of thought that dreams are a stand-in for what can be called consciousness that occupies many dimensions and many worlds simultaneously.
This is part of the “possible worlds” and “alternative worlds” thought experiment.
Many of us have had dreams that have come true or have forewarned us about future events. But the big question is whether or not the dream time carries us into the various simulations that exist in the matrix? Are they key to the different worlds that exist within worlds and realities?
A very big question is, can any of these worlds interact with one another? Can signals be exchanged between worlds?
The old saying goes “When we think of what dreams might come when we have died, it causes us to stop and think.” The passage deals in past lives, and lives we have not lived yet but most certainly will in dreams when they come.
Many stop and observe that perhaps they have lived before or have encountered a twin of themselves in the future or some other form of superposition.
If no interaction is possible, then individuals are world-bound, and even though we have copies of ourselves in other worlds, they are mere counterparts of the individuals in the parent world.
However there is no way to tell if we are living in the parent world and with all of the experiments we are conducting with quark cannons at CERN – we may have somehow forced together the combinations of worlds or have had them overlap like slices of bread in a bag.
This would mean that we have already achieved signal exchanges between worlds. That science has unlocked the code that would open us all to the Gateway Process – a process that while we dream we are given a new universe to start over in – over and over in a loop of time.
