CHENEY: THE DEVIL BEHIND THE CURTAIN

Like a bad dream that returns Dick Cheney is back on television hocking a new book and reminding us that he actually should mean something to the American people. He is a man on a mission, a very angry messenger a person who has nothing positive to say about anyone or anything and his presence on television or even on book shelves with his memoirs stains the memory of the 10th anniversary of the September 11th attacks.
Cheney’s memoir, “In My Time: A Personal and Political Memoir,” wound up in bookstores and while I am hoping that it does poorly in sales and that if people do buy it they use it for kindling, I can surmise that the chances of it being a best seller are high because the American people love to read books about criminals, especially criminals that have operated above the law. Especially a man who abused the power of the Vice Presidency.
Dick Cheney is like a fictitious killer similar to Jason Voorhees or Freddy Krueger; no matter what happens to him he just won’t die. His new book reveals what we have known all along about
Cheney and that is he is still a tired old man that seems to have license to criticize and undermine his colleagues.

When are we all going to learn that this is t he same push- me, pull-you rhetoric that generates the same bull excrement that keeps the country polarized.
Juan Cole, a University of Michigan professor, once asked why the American people even care about what Dick Cheney thinks at all. Some of these curiosities are brought up in Cole’s well known essay “The Hidden hand of Dick Cheney.”
Cheney always has defended torture, has attacked Colin Powell, and genuflects before Rush Limbaugh, and Sean Hannity as if anyone cares about his hate and venom. He is a cudgel to even listen to and he speaks like a maniacal killer who is waiting to crack and shoot up a grade school.
Dick isn’t looking to become President, and he isn’t appealing to Americans who see him as a suspected war criminal. He refuses to back off which is outlandish because his former boss seems to be happy with being a private citizen. His open vitriol is very telling about his character and the American people should take notice especially as we are nearing the 10th Anniversary of the September 11th, 2001 attacks.
Former aids and even Condoleezza Rice are wondering why he is being so vindictive. I can speculate that the reason he feels he needs to vindicate himself is because he has a very guilty conscience. He knows what he has done in the past and that secretly he worries that he is not fooling anyone about his part in what can be considered criminal behavior.
For many people the previous accusation would surprise many but you can look into the history of Mr. Cheney and realize that he has been a “clean up” agent for some time, and could very well be an agent that shows up whenever there needs to be a cover up.
Dick Cheney will not reveal in any memoir his true background as an agent in THE SHADOW GOVERNMENT and his involvement with drug-crazed tortures conducted by the CIA with the MK Ultra Program. Cheney is an enemy of the US Constitution; was given charge to enforce an Imperial form of Government, using “well placed programming and covering the tracks of agents” that act on behalf of the New World Order.
Dick Cheney has maintained that the Office of the Vice President enjoys a unique status that puts it beyond the rules of law . He has also stated some very peculiar things lately that are beginning to show his true colors. These colors are not red white and blue. The true colors of Dick Cheney seem to be “black” as in a MAN IN BLACK or as a shadowy rogue agent within a government that seems to have no binds on him or no limits on his intelligence clearance.
Cheney has had his hands in some very important intelligence operations and has somehow been able to escape any investigation into wrong doing.
From the times of Nixon, Ford , Reagan and Bush senior, both Dick Cheney and his happy sidekick Donald Rumsfeld have always had the inside track on intelligence and have used that “intelligence” to halt any and all investigations into any shady activities performed by the alphabet agencies, and the executive arm of the government. They have also seen to it that the citizens of this country lose their basic rights and many have suffered at the hands of the government and It has been both Cheney and Rumsfeld behind the scenes encouraging and covering up illegal activity.
When the criminal element arrived at the Bush Junior camp there was already a “yellow brick road” laid out for the future of the United States. It was written in 1992 by then defense secretary Dick Cheney. The Project for the new American Century was a doctrine that was being produced and implemented little by little with the aid of a counter-part government. The strategic planning of it was done during the Clinton administration with funding from the military-industrial complex. energy companies, and right-wing foundations. This conspiracy was helmed by Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld and Paul Wolfowitz. Cheney has acted above the law for so long that he is one of the most dangerous men in America.
Many people do not realize that Dick Cheney has a history of being carefully placed behind the curtain as a well paid “clean up” guy who has been hired for the purpose of enforcing the
Continuity of Government in times of national crisis. The idea of continuity of Government takeover has been rumored to be the agenda of the “SHADOW GOVERNMENT,” a stealthy controlling group put into play without the public’s consent.
Rumors about a SHADOW GOVERNMENT making the President a puppet has its roots in Cold War conspiracy theories. Theories that crept in during rational concerns about operating the country if nuclear war became imminent amid the “super powers.” Today the SHADOW GOVERNMENT is not a theory, but a reality. Many people believe the new administration is an illusion. Obama has not dismantled the policies of the previous administration and he has made the decision not to investigate members of the previous administration who may have ordered torture and declared an illegal war on Iraq.
Apparently this is nothing new. The reality is that the CIA was involved with BLACK OPERATIONS which included drug-induced programming and torture throughout the cold war. The MK ULTRA program carried over from the Nazi experiments conducted at Concentration camps where prisoners were experimented upon with psychoactive drugs. At the behest of a secret government within the U.S., sleeper assassins were created by the CIA to carry out programs of murder. Many of these experiments were featured in the movie “The Manchurian Candidate.”
The program was called Operation Artichoke. A CIA torture program that seemed to operate outside of the law expanded under the direction of CIA Director, Allen Dulles. In this program, the CIA conducted experiments that included the use of torture and attempted brainwashing techniques in order to see how much information could be extracted from individuals. The majority of the information on these programs was destroyed in 1972 shortly before deeper public investigations into the program which began in 1976. However; a few records still remain and have been made public via the Freedom of Information Act.
A shocking, well known death resulting from these programs is the death of military biochemist Frank Olson. Frank Olson died in November 1953, after having jumped out of a 13th story window, a week after having been given a dose of LSD without his knowledge by members of the CIA. The official version of the story given in 1973, is that Dr. Olson suffered a mental breakdown over the event, but no reason was ever given as to why he had ever been drugged in the first place. Investigations continued well into the 1970’s as to the events leading up to Olson’s death. It wasn’t until 1975 that Gerald Ford offered an apology to the family.
Both Donald Rumsfeld and Dick Cheney were members of the White House Chiefs of Staff in the Ford administration. After the public revelations about Frank Olson’s supposedly drug induced suicide, his family began perusing a lawsuit for damages. After the family announced that they would sue for damages and more information, the CIA met with the family and gave them some files about their fathers death, mostly just related to autopsy information.
These files didn’t tell the family why their father was ever drugged in the first place. The Olson family was then advised that their lawsuit would not succeed and instead the Ford administration gave them $750,000 to drop the suit. Cheney and Rumsfeld told the family that perusing information about torture and mind control would be a threat to National Security. Rumsfeld and Cheney have been involved in covering up state secrets related to torture and illegal conduct for decades. Giving the excuse that this misconduct is in the interest of “security” and “intelligence.”
Rumsfeld and Cheney have remained in positions with the government as “detail” men. Men that gather intelligence on illegal activities within the government and illegal activities going on in foreign governments. With this information they are able to ascertain what they perceive as threats and report them to secret official’s within government. These secret officials are called to govern in the case of a crisis real or perceived. There is the government that rules America during peace-time. And, a counter government that rules during war or crisis. IF there is a way to pull off an illegal act, these two men know how to cover their tracks and obfuscate any investigation.
It has been theorized that certain men within the government were agents in charge and would act apart from the consent of the people, the constitution or even the President if there was a national crisis. This has been considered a criminal element run amok behind the scenes.
When Ronald Reagan was shot, there was a conflict within the administration regarding who was in charge. To help resolve this conflict, a SECRET PLAN known as the Presidential Successor Support System was devised. This advocated the use of a “SHADOW GOVERNMENT” that would be beyond the Constitution , and would rule the country.
The Reagan Administration also created the National Program Office or NPO. This was an office of the United States Government established to ensure continuity of government in the event of a national disaster. The NPO was established by a SECRET EXECUTIVE ORDER signed by President Ronald Reagan during the Cold War in preparation for a nuclear war, presumably with the Soviet Union. In addition to supplanting the executive branch, the NPO has the power to dissolve Congress.
During that time of the Reagan Administration, the agents in charge of the Continuity of Government were Vice President, George H. W. Bush, Lt. Col. Oliver North, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, and James Woolsey just to name a few.
The NPO “SHADOW GOVERNMENT” was code named Pegasus. Project Pegasus was also referred to as Project 908. President Bill Clinton canceled Project Pegasus and declassified it. After the 9-11 attacks it was reinstated by George W. Bush. The question is whether or not the NPO Pegasus project has been dissolved with Obama as President.
Corrupt and undemocratic conditions within the United States government has now given an excuse for our government to continue to dismantle the economy with trillion dollar bailouts. Trouble is, no one knows why this black hole budget feed exists and what the money is going for. The truth may be more evident than we realize. This Black money may be going towards a U.S. Government counter plan for a crisis that may be looming on the horizon. The money grab may be similar to the proposals of the NPO during Reagan’s time. The names have not changed since then. We still have the same names doing the same shenanigans.
Dick Cheney has admitted that he does not believe Saddam Hussein was involved in the planning or execution of the September 11, 2001 attacks. However; he excuses the war by stating that the Bush administration’s decision to invade Iraq was justified because of Hussein’s previous support for known terrorists.
The death of 1.4 million Iraqis justifies a congressional investigation into what went wrong in the first throes of the war. Cheney remains a man who has the courage to criticize and bully others who served with him. He has lost his mind that is of course if his mind was ever there to have some sort of wisdom which he obviously lacks. In another time Cheney would have been tried and hanged.
Once again I reiterate Cheney has said many times that Iraq had nothing to do with the 9/11 attacks. This means that the United States war-machine just spent the past several years slaughtering millions of Iraqis, innocent people who never attacked this country. Those dead Iraqis were therefore MURDERED.
This also implies that the torture of prisoners gave absolutely nothing of value to intelligence operatives. Without “evidence” of Hussein’s involvement with Al Qaeda and 9/11, the U.S. led Invasion of Iraq was illegal, 51 days before President Bush’s reelection, reeking of political interference and, crimes against humanity according to the Nuremberg principles. This should set the precedent for an investigation, tribunal and court convictions as the invasion of Iraq was based on a lie. But of course, we see no outrage. No calls for arrest, or tribunal for Cheney.
Barack Obama had stated that the reason no one has even considered an investigation into the previous administration and the September 11th, attacks is because he felt it would lower the morale of the country.
Now our morale has lowered even without the investigations. It can be argued that the morale of the country would rise if Obama just had to courage to stand up and say we no longer fear the effects of September11th, and that we as a people stand for justice even if it means investigating an administration that appears to have been governed by a shadow criminal element.
Cheney insists that he was and is still exempt from the presidential orders requiring government wide procedures to safeguard classified national security information. His logic being that when he served as Vice President, he was not an “entity within the executive branch.” Cheney, of course is pulling double speak claiming that he is only part of the legislative branch. The Vice President is part of the executive branch and is President of the Senate.
Cheney’s appearance again in the media again is a ploy to convince the American people again that what he did and the way he is should be seen as a justification for criminal behavior.
Cheney is showing that he is scared of how history will judge him.
According to news reports from United Press International a former aide to one-time U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell says that Cheney fears that he will wind up with same fate as Augusto Pinochet.
He has every reason to fear this because he no longer is fooling the American people.
In 2008 there was an attempt in Vermont to issue warrants for the arrest of Both George Bush and Dick Cheney citing crimes against humanity. A Colorado man recently sued the secret service because he claims they violated his First Amendment rights when he was arrested for confronting Cheney about his war crimes.
Steven Howards was arrested in the resort town of Beaver Creek in 2006 after he touched Cheney on the arm and told him his Iraq War policies were “disgusting.”
Colonel Lawrence Wilkerson said that he would testify against Cheney in a war crimes tribunal even if it means repercussions.
We need to remember Five hours after the 9/11 attacks, Donald Rumsfeld said, “My interest is to hit Saddam.” He also said, “Go massive. Sweep it all up. Things related and not.” They already wanted to pin it on Saddam Hussein,” – but they had no evidence. Yet they carried out their attacks anyway. People just followed orders while the war criminals ordered fearful followers.
When Cheney or Rumsfeld are taken to task on any of this– they put up the defense that they are exempt in testifying or appearing in court. That any investigation into the past atrocities would put the United States in harm’s way. The very same defense they had with MK Ultra and the Olson case of torture.
When Cheney claims he is exempt from being “entity within the executive branch,” perhaps he is telling a half truth. Perhaps the reason he is exempt is because he answers to another authority. An authority that we do not know or would recognize. This authority is part of a SHADOW GOVERNMENT that was put in place after the 9/11 attacks.
So now we know that Dick Cheney is the spokes model for the SHADOW GOVERNMENT. This is why he has been allowed to speak about the Obama administration without moratorium. He is a highly paid mercenary that rules from a secret chair that is beyond the reach of congress. His purpose is to continue to enforce the Continuity of Government because the Counter OPS have not been abolished under Obama. We remain in national crisis and the agenda of the imperial war lords is still in play
without the public’s consent. Cheney is exempt because he does not answer to congress or the republic. He is a hired gun for the Continuity of the American Corporate Interest. The secret SHADOW GOVERNMENT.
Cheney thrives in mystery, operating by stealth within the government and makes a cult of secrecy.
Everything about him wreaks of cover-up and obfuscation. He is literally daring the American people to come and get him. He knows that the majority will not bring him to hang in the public square because everyone has all had a part in the mass slaughter.
Yet the war continues and the 10 year anniversary of 9/11 returns with no clue as to what really happened. There is no justice against torture and the eavesdropping on American citizens.
The reason we are still seeing no justice against torture, the escalation of wars, the failure to reign in the police state and the failure to hold accountable the war criminals is because it is becoming quite obvious that we are still in the stages of transition and the continuity of government. While Obama puts a confident smiley face on Imperialism– It is apparent that we are still under the control of the SHADOW GOVERNMENT which has a number of extremists at the helm ready to go rogue. Cheney is the worst of them all.
In 1998, Cheney and his Project for a New American Century Mob, made public their plans to President Bill Clinton, calling for the removal of Saddam Hussein from power. Signed by 18 people, including Paul Wolfowitz, Richard Armitage, Richard Perle and Don Rumsfeld. This letter had to have been very powerful , being that under pressure, President Clinton signed a bill in late-1998 authorizing up to $97 million to Iraqi opposition forces “to remove the regime headed by Saddam Hussein” and “promote the emergence of a democratic government.” The only problem was trying to get the American people to see that a war had to be fought. That military budgets needed to be increased and that pre-emptive measures needed to be taken in order to eliminate any rivals to American dominance.
The Authors of The project for the New American Century addressed in their very proposal– that the idea of creating this type of change would be a long and hard task. Unless of course there is some catalyzing event like a New Pearl Harbor to get the American people to unite in this plan.
Here is the passage that should raise some eyebrows on the matter of how to militarize the United states further:
“While the unresolved conflict with Iraq provides the immediate justification, the need for a substantial American force presence in the Gulf transcends the issue of the regime of Saddam Hussein …”the process of [military] transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor —- Rebuilding America’s Defenses, September 2000, Project for a New American Century.
Furthermore it reads :
Perhaps advanced forms of biological warfare that can “target” specific genotypes may transform biological warfare from the realm of terror to a politically useful tool.” — Rebuilding America’s Defenses, September 2000, Project for a New American Century.
Remember this type of extremism had been planned since the 1990’s and was put into writing and published a year before the September 11th attacks. This in my opinion is suspect. These men had placed their very intentions in a published plan of implementation. Using Active Intelligence measures and its value of evidence– This is one hell of a coincidence if not full disclosure of a crime that they were about to commit.
The pages of PNAC can only be compared to Hitler’s Mein Kampf where the hidden agenda amongst the various plotting of biological attacks and “ new pearl harbors” was most certainly to launch a brand of messianic internationalism to the United States in order to solidify their resolve. Perhaps the agenda could be promoted by a messianic leader that would guarantee the
empire’s encroachment and with that leader the SHADOW GOVERNMENT could go on into becoming the Fourth Reich. The Fourth Reich is now called the Pax Americana.
The dangerous activities that have been implemented by Cheney and his Pax Americana mob are the things that are destroying the very fabric of the United States. New world leadership conferences literally control fresh young minds into espousing leadership philosophies that use issue briefs, advocacy journalism and seminars that literally brainwash people into believing in the idea of a universal American “right” to impose its will on Planet Earth. This philosophy has easily been seared into the public will after the attacks of September 11th, 2001. This has left most people to say “how high?” when the government says “jump.”
Now we are about to see celebrations and or tributes about 9/11. There are also television shows and even kids shows that are being presented and written by Military psychologists that will ensure that the crimes and criminal activity be ignored for the sheer brutality of the attack that will once again engender more hatred for generations to come.
